Was absolutely certain I had Strep Throat. I had ALL the typical symptoms: soar throat, white pus patches, fever, and swelling in my lymph nodes on my neck. I only went here because I thought it would be the fastest way to get the official diagnosis and antibiotics. WRONG. After waiting 30 mins to even see her, the attending "physician" claimed that I actually had an abscess and sent me to the ER nearby. Never conducted a strep test because it was "an additional charge" and the hospital would do one anyway. WELL, the hospital DID do a strep test...and guess what, I HAD STREP. I spent 2 hours in the ER to find out what I had known all along. They were not concerned about an "abscess" and said if there was one, it was so small they would only prescribe antibiotics anyway. Minute Clinic wasted no time submitting a claim for services I pretty much did not receive. Took my blood pressure and my temperature. I can do those things at home. Dont waste your time or money.

After waiting 3 hours to be seen for my daughter and I the nurse practitioner had the nerve to come out at 630 to let the rest of the people who have been waiting that she would no longer be seeing any more patients. After waiting 3 hours to be seen and be told "I am Sorry i leave at 7". For that bullshit I would have gone to an ER or an actual clinic. Nonetheless, she was rude and it was extremely inconvenient and a huge waste of time! I will never visit a minute clinic again.

My experience was not bad at all. the NP was very thorough with her exam and even checked my lung sounds again just to be sure of what she was hearing. I am now feeling better after my prescriptions. The only downfall is that she was not able to take a chest x-ray. I did have to wait a bit but Im sure its because she showed the same thoroughness that she showed with me.

If I could give zero stars I would. For some reason it wouldnt let me sign in online. So I go and sign in. It says wait time of 2 1/2 hours. After waiting three hours,the nurse comes out and says she wont be able to get to us because she has a meeting to get to.

Shannon, whi saw me was more attentive ,concerned about what was going on then any of my pcps. Her check up on me and questions asked was awesome. Ill be going back.Her bedside manner and care was great! Thank you for explaning and caring!
