The following applies only to the medical services: My wife and I have had a couple of poor experiences at the clinic, from pushy nursing staff to doctors who have bulldozed the conversation but Ill spare the details. When we filled out a complaint and talked with the manager, she said she would call later and follow up with our complaint. Weve never been contacted. Word of warning. They can see you for one complaint and one complaint only. Doesnt matter if the other issue might be connected to your main ailment, they dont want to hear about it and the nursing staff will tell you to make a new appointment.
