So I came here in April to ask about the pellets and one of your receptionist kind of turned me off because she was being rude to another receptionist. So I walked away. But after looking around on the internet I noticed yall had good reviews so I called up there one day asking when I could come in at 4pm. The receptionist said come in at any time so we can first draw you blood I said okay and I drove up there and got there at 4:30pm and then she said it was too late to draw blood so I left. I called up there a third time to make an appointment to get my blood drawn and then the process started. I got my pellets in July in October two pellets came out and I bleed all over the place. Recently now in December more pellets came out. I called up there last week and yall said come in at any time. I came up there today and waited around for 45 minutes thinking I had priority I guess not. I asked what was talking so long and they said I would have to wait another hour. I guess I am an inconvenience and now I have a scar where the pellets keep coming from and scabbing up from them coming out. Biggest waste of 1200 dollars

I feel sorry for Jane Doe. I actually had an ok experience. I never met with any of the medical assistants. All of my interactions were directly with Terri, including the pellet insertion. I did have a problem after my first insertion back in October 2012 getting anyone to call me back when I reported problems, but Terri told me on my 2nd insertion visit (March 2013) that the "receptionist" who was the problem has since been replaced. I didnt have any weird side effects, unless you count 10 lbs of weight gain weird. It took me 5 months to get rid of it, but its finally off. Skin is actually clearer with fewer random breakouts (wrinkles and pimples just dont go together, right?). HHWs services aside, Ive suffered from POF since I was 32 and this is the best Ive felt since then and Im 45 as of this past Thursday. Thank you, Terri!

This place is horrible. First of all most people (including myself) never meet with Terri Suresh (the nurse that owns the businss). For the consultation, you will spend about 5 minutes (for 125.00) with a medical assistant whose responses are seemingly scripted. Most questions went unanswered. The pellets are then inserted (for 325.00) by.. yep, another medical assistant. Many people, including myself, will have side effects from the sudden rise in hormones.. These are never mentioned to you at the consultation. But they include; acne (bad acne), edema, insomnia, anxiety (heart palpitations), irritability, etc. The list goes on and one.

I recently had my fourth BioTE Natural Hormone Pellet and I couldnt be happier with the service from the front desk to Terri very informative very helpful and always very concerned about my concerns. I feel like they know me each time I call or stop by with questions. I have had a fabulous facial as well. I would like to try botox and trust them enough to try it now as well as some sort of filler for between my eyes that Terri has given me information on.

First of all, not one of the women who work here have gone through menopause so how on earth can they understand what a woman is going through. Text book medicine is one thing, being a woman who has experienced what their patients have gone through is another. These women cant relate. Bio-identical hormone therapy is a very complex process of trial and error for each woman. Second, its all about the money.
