WATCH OUT - INSURANCE FRAUD! My lab charges were accumulated thru Pain Relief Group ie Medical ToxLabs - of which THE doctor owns this lab AND the pharmacy (Patient Rx Solutions - and he will use this pharmacy for your meds without asking permission, EVEN when you have a pharmacy on file! Again, FRAUD!!)! I am a nurse and know WELL that this is a HUGE conflict of interest! SHAME ON YOU "Dr" Rodolfo Gari - I have REPORTED YOU! Cracker Jack Doctor! RUN!

Doctor Nieves is great but they have the most unprofessional staff Ive ever seen. Twice Ive had procedures scheduled only to be told they werent put into the system in time and thus my treatment was delayed. They dont consistently call to remind you about your appointment either. Ive had 1 reminder call out of about 7 appointments. You want a great doctor but a place that doesnt care about you or your time then this is the place.
