zero star ATTENTION MANAGERS-PARKLAND HOSPITAL ATTENTION!! ladies at fron desk please read this. you need intensive customer servise classes. you think u are the last coke in the desert but you are not. your ugly faces reflect what a bitter life you have. please managers of parkland hospital check on this ladies because when no authority is around they mistreat people don`t pick up phone calls, take for ever to do something and just sit there laughing and telling jokes among themselves. if your appointment is at 1pm they make you wait until 4.45pm almost at closing time to call u in. you should fired them and make sure they dont ever get a customer job EVER maybe life can teach them to be reapectful. are you ladies "tough"? ok then you need a construction job. i will never come back here its like the devil has possessed you and you are carrying a poor miserable life that obviously reflect in your daily manners to treat others. MANAGERS PLEASE DO SOMETHING!! and ask every one to put a comment you will see it is not just me. they should be thankful to God they have a job but instes they dont want it. i bet someone else can fit all three of them just fine. do something dont just talk to them becase a kid can be rectified but those old evil grumpy scaring annoying mean "ladies" you have there will keep their bad attitude when you are not around. do something or i will think that the problem is also the authority there....or that there is no authority. those who read these and have had a bad experience dont stay quiet, please place your comments because those ladies have to get fired! (two of them wear glases and one of them just got married this month)managers you know them. just for respect if they deserve it i wont write their names. they sit together and you can breath the hate miles away

Horrible since 10am until 4pm i was suppose to get an exam and a birthcontrol method i wanted. Okay...Its 3:20 and i didnt get anything done and get told i will get rescheduled like?...Really! I just waisted my time when i could of went somewhere else. Yes, its not a private clinic but patient care from this clinic is ridiculous. Why ask what will you be coming for? If what you schedule your appointment for they wont end up doing it because they overbooked the schedule.And tell you because of them running out of time they cant. As a patient i didnt mind waiting for long but for me to not get anything done and had waited long to get an appointment this was just unfair.

Do not trust this clinic! Took my son for a condition he has, they made us go to 4 checkups in one month, 2 social appointments, and when I finally received an appointment to take him to childrens hospital, all the information this clinic sent to the hospital was wrong! They lazily put my first name as momma! They are insurance guzzlers, and take hours to see you even though youve got a set appointment time! The womens clinic is also a joke. Five months Ive been trying to get them to remove an expired implant, they claim they can only do it when Im on my cycle and to call then, but every time I do they say call back next month! Bs health company!

Had my app at 12 pm. They told me to be in early. I got there early 11:45 am. They had me waiting at 2pm they checked my height weight and blood pressure they asked me to wait in the waiting area it was 4pm & I was still waiting to get checked by the doctor. I asked the receptionist how much longer did I have to wait to be seen she said they were running late it wouldnt take a little long I told her I was leaving couldnt believe I waited 4 hours & I still wasnt seen by the doctor. As I was walking out the doctor came out & told me I was next, I left!

Horrible staff. Had to call 8 times today because instead of asking me to hold, I was hung up on. Once I was hung up on AFTER being told to hold. Very unprofessional in general. Once I was finally given a moment of their time, the receptionist was highly condescending. She not only criticized my choice of birth control, she also lectured me for allowing my Nexplanon to get so close to the expiration date before booking an appointment to replace it. I found a different clinic a few miles away that will now receive my patronage.

I had to call them since my usual clinic in Irving was busy asmnd well they kept me in line waiting for 10 minutes after that they hanged up on me I tried calling again and they hanged up on me again if they dont want to work why are they there ???? Irving is defeneltly way better at least they will answer my calls

ZERO STARS!!! HORRIBLE PLACE the doctors are no good they are no help at all. I will be changing doctors for sure I would not recommend this nobody!!! It takes a long time to get an appointment and when you get to your appointment they take a long ass time to call you into a room not worth your time.

The doctors are rude the doctor told me to shut up when I tried to help my wife answer a question and she has a bad memory early dementia. Also she contradicted herself and lied then didnt send the prescriptions to the correct pharmacy and now my wife has no meds or a way to get them

Do not go there ....Do not go ther I took my son to eye test they told me that is just allergic ....but he cant see ..after 2months i took him to another place for test and he seems to has Astjmatesm and he needs aglasses for now and asurgery anfter couple af years ....

I literally go into the clinic and call to see what happens, and while the phone is ringing theyre just talking and never pick up. These women need to go back to school and get a refresh about answering the phone no more than 3 rings later..!!!

The receptionist who attends for the first time is not competent in his work, when my sanguine blood glucose was 309, I made the mistake of not putting my last name and the lady got so angry, I did not forgive that I felt so bad.

If you are Mexican or speak Spanish, you will get help here. Standing here for over an hour and the lady just keeps letting anyone who speaks Spanish go in front of us.
