I had an appointment in the morning...was told to pick up my paperwork early if possible. Stopped by on my way to work and walked in the office. You cannot see through the glass partition segregating the office personnel so after waiting a few minutes at the counter, I opened the glass and had a staff member slam it in my face and open the other side. I walked to the left side where the hostile employee stood and I stated that I needed to pick up my paperwork. Instead of addressing the issue of my paperwork, she decided to chastise me in front of a waiting room full of people that I am to never open the window again because there is patient information being discussed behind there. Then she asked, "now what paperwork do you need?" I said to just cancel my appointment. Then while I was telling her the time of my appointment she rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face again. I have never been treated with so much contempt and hostility at a "professional" medical facility.

...actually, Im still here, waiting! I arrived as a new patient at 8:46 am as Im in town on vacation. I had previously read others reviews so followed all the offices requests and didnt touch the sliding class windows. At 9:12, I finished my new patient paperwork, and at 10:07 I was finally taken back for my vitals. Did I mention I was the first patient to arrive this morning! So now, 10:48, I walk out of my patient room to ask approximately when the doc will be able to see me, reminding them politely that Ive been in this room waiting for over 40 minutes. The nurse politely replied, "youre next". So, after $156 office fee, as I have a high deductible plan which has not yet been met, Im forced to continue to wait as I feel horrible and Im on vacation. I need something to feel better so Im not a burden on my wife, kids, and best friends family so I wait! Ps, its 10:55 as I finish this review and Im still waiting!

Wow...this sounds crazy. Im looking for a clinic and with this reviews I guess its better to stay away. I usually look at the reviews the businesses have before even booking or making appointments. Thank God for technology. Reviews dont lie.
