Ive read the reviews and Im sorry that most of you are having troubles. For me, theyve been nothing but nice and always helpful. I mostly talk at my appointments more than the Dr. himself so I guess I just want someone to listen to me. Im not on medication, I deal with one of the Dr. Martin. I feel that he has helped me a lot and Im truly grateful because I dont know that Id be where I am today without his encouragement and his tremendous help. No, Im not a fake person and no Im not making anything up. Im sure it all depends on the situation from person to person but in all honesty, theyve always let me know when he would be out of the office as well as making my appointments, they are always friendly. So, I do give a 5 star only because the help Ive gotten has benefited, even though I was the one talking most of the time and he listen, which I truly think is what I needed. Im forever grateful to this place for helping me do what I was suppose to do years ago! Love them!

Today I had a 1pm appt and waited in the lobby until 1:45 to be told they need to reschedule. This in quite inconvenient and disrespectful. They rarely keep the appointments they schedule and seldom get back to you when they say theyll call you back. Ive had to wait for a more then a month just to get an appointment time which wasnt even kept. When I arrived for an appointment, I gave my name they had no idea who I was and the receptionist laughed and said to come back another day. I had to call them every other day to try to get information about my case and the response was always the same - "Well call you back." So stressful, avoid this place if at all possible. I didnt feel like anyone legitimately wanted to assist me, I felt more like a burden and as though I was being mocked.

Its been 3 weeks without my medication. When you contact them they kinda give you the run around and the vibe that they could care less. My Dr asks two questions at most when i see him. To him im just a paycheck and not a patient. I advise anyone thinking about coming here. Please save yourself some trouble. Find somewhere else to go

I have used the crisis line a number of times this year. Erin and especially Colleen have been my two primary contacts. They have treated me with respect and genuine concern. My gratitude to and for them is immeasurable. I dont know where Id be right now without them.

Believe me, going to see a child playing "doctor" for your mental illness is more beneficial than going to this place! Good luck!
