DO NOT TRUST THEIR DIAGNOSIS!!! I went in because my regular drs office was closed and I though I had the flu. I explained all my symptoms to the PA (extremely painful and unproductive cough, congestion, fatigue, high fever (101-102) for the last three days). I said for all I know I have the flu, so he gave me a flu test to rule that out. Test showed I didnt have the flu so he checked my lungs and said they were clear - he just assumed that I had a head cold and gave me scripts for a cough suppressant. I spent $90 for that pointless trip because the following day I felt like I needed to go to the ER so I hit the closest Urgent Care (the closest ER is a good 25 mins from me). They did the same lung check only the dr said he couldnt hear a thing. So they ordered a chest x-ray. Turns out I had DOUBLE pneumonia. I was misdiagnosed at the minute clinic and ended up having something that could have landed me in the hospital if left untreated any longer. I was given a super strong anti-biotic, an inhaler, and a strong cough medicine. I am so glad I listened to my own body and ignored the Minute Clinic dr. I will NEVER go back there again. Go to the CareNow on Main St in Frisco instead!

Wonderful experience!! The nurse practitioner Bina Shah was very friendly and informative. I thought I had a sinus infection (bacterial) but she assured me it was just sinusitis (viral). She could have given me a new, expensive medicine, but instead she gave me the one that cost less, explaining to me that it would work just as well. She also sent the prescription to my pharmacy instead of insisting that I get it filled at that CVS. She was very warm and caring and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. I definitely will recommend this Minute Clinic and will go back again if I need to. It is close to my work and I felt very valued as a patient/customer there.

Im probably not qualified to make this review since I dont have whatever online medical certificate this guy has. Pretty condescending for a guy that has an office next to the bathroom in a CVS. If you do choose to go here, for the love of god, do not go around lunch. Lunch is much more important than helping the sick people in the waiting room. Do yourself a favor, just ask the pharmacist for a recommendation on medicine for the symptoms you have and skip the "doctor" altogether.

The doc was friendly and informative. No wait and easy to see. The only downside is I took my son in for severe nausea and I was given an rx for another version of zofran as zofran was quite expensive and that rx was an acid green liquid that was too bitter. Not a very logical choice. He hasnt kept that down either

Terrible. No one knows anything nor can they help. If you dont mind sitting on hold for an hour and than being transfered to hold again go else where
