This is one of the most worst run Medical facilities I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and act as if you are nuisance for walking through their doors. I had to come here for pre employment drug screening. I came prepared ready to take my urinalysis only to have to wait for over an hour to relieve myself. I asked the front desk staff member how much longer I would have to wait and with an attitude told me I was next. I advised her that the only reason I asked was because I came prepared to submit my urinalysis and I have been holding it in from the moment I walked in the door. She told me to step away from the counter because there was patient information visible and that I needed to take a seat. I had been pacing back and forth in the lobbying and the staff members just took their time and moved at glacial pace to see people and collect their paperwork. When I walked in there were three people ahead of me and when I was finally seen they accumulated about 10-12 people to be seen. I would not recommend anyone to come here for any type of services both business or health related. They truly need a refresher course on the core values and mission statement for US Healthworks. In case you have forgotten the values of your company are as follows:•Deliver quality above all else • Treat patients with respect and compassion • Exceed expectations • Act with integrity • Connect and collaborate Your mission is:To improve the health and productivity of the American workforce. Learn it, live it, and provide the excellent service your company asks of you on a daily basis. If youre unhappy with what you do, then maybe it is time to look for another job that youre passionate about. Very disappointed with this place and I will be speaking with my employer about the level of service I received today.

If I could give this place a negative review I would!!! I waited an hour for 1 shot. I didnt get the shot till 11:15 and my appointment was scheduled at 10. I was late for work and Ill never come here again!!! Worst example for medical "professionals".

Been here 1 hour (estmate was 15 min wait) for a blood test. Still six people ahead of me. This place sucks at customer service. Either they are way inefficient or terribly understaffed. They saw 2 people from the waiting room in that hour.

The lady at the counter is very very rude and the supervisor is no help at all. There was literally 3 people in the waiting room and we arrived 20 min before them all and we werent seen until 1 hour until they were gone. It was a simple procedure

Came in for pre-employment screening for DART. Process was rather fast although I received disappointing news, which was: I am not 5 10" as previously told by NYC"
