I have been to more than a few of these types of health centers, but this one was the best. Actually, it was the best experience by far. The facility was clean and the staff members were friendly and energetic. They were able to see me promptly after my arrival. (At other locations, I would have had to wait for more than an hour to be seen, even when the waiting room was mostly empty.) When you are not feeling well, you want to be seen quickly and have your needs addressed so you can get on with the business of getting well again. This is exactly what the staff (Ashley, Josefina and Tzietal) provided during my visit. Every clinic should be just like this. But, lets face it, most of them dont even come close.

I understand the annoyance of a patient having to call in for a monthly RX. And although the front office is polite and quick. I do not understand why it takes 48 hrs. Every time to get it to the pharmacy. Every month since June of 2016 my rx has been overdue 3 to 4 days. I wouldnt even mind coming in for a co-pay to see the doctor and have him hand me the RX paper there. But the earliest I get is like 3 to 4 months out....

Very nice and knowledgeable people. Unfortunately, like so many medical professions, they charge outrageous prices. Remember, it doesnt matter if it goes to your insurance or not since money paid OUT from your insurance affects your premiums (and everyone elses) Case in point: Received an injection of a medicine that I paid for from a nurse which took a grand total of about 2 minutes. Cost? $100

Absolutely horrible service. You practically have to be dying to get any type of antibiotic. You pay and they tell you sorry we cant help you. Had this problem multiple times and every time I go to my actual dr a day later and or positive for something they said I wasnt. They should really close this place down.
