Decided to change OBGYNs for my second babys pre-natal care. Let me just say I am SOOOO glad I changed. Now 23+ weeks pregnant and every appointment is a joy instead of me dreading every visit. Dr. Cortez is always asking questions to see if we are comfortable, or if something came up. My biggest problem is my own memory and not remembering to speak about something that I originally wanted too. So far baby girl is happy and healthy, same with momma every time we get to visit Cortez. Also got to meet and visit with Dr. Collins (other Dr at location), in case something happens where she would need to deliver. She is quite kind and ready to listen as well. Dont know why there is a 1 star review?? I havent found a SINGLE thing to complain about!

Ive been using Dr. Cortez since 2015, when I went in for prenatal care. Ive always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, even if I had a million questions. The office is warm and welcoming, putting one at ease very quickly. Even when my active 4 year old accompanied me, and acted like a bored kid, the staff was so helpful. Ive continued to use their office and was pleasantly surprised to have my worried of chronic pain addressed at a Well Woman exam! All in all, I highly recommend Crossroads Hormonall Health as a great practice!

Been going here for years and every time I go, they are super amazing. Today at my appt, with Dr Cortez (my Dr) she was called out for a delivery and Dr Collins (the other Dr at the same office) along with the staffs help, were amazing enough to squeeze me in between her appts. I know, sometimes that is not possible, when they have a busy day and hectic schedule. They were able to today and to me that just takes a certain, awesome type of office, to take the time to do that! Love the staff and Drs - just amazing.

I am beyond ecstatic with the care that this office gave my daughter. From the front desk staff (Jai) to the nurse who took my daughters stats (wish I had gotten her name) to the nurse who drew her blood, (again did not get a name) to Dr. Cortez who actually did the ultrasound was amazing. I love this office and these people and will most definitely take my other daughter to them. And after not having a check up in a zillion years I feel comfortable enough to make an appointment. Ive been seeing Dr.Cortez since 2008 and I refer all of my female friends to her and without her I dont think Id be in as great health as I am. She always remembers her patients like she saw them yesterday. I appreciate the time she takes to check Into new medical finds that can help me get better. And shes always making sure Im improving. If you ever want to know how a doctor should be towards you. Dr.Cortez will show you exactly how the relationship between a patient and doctor should be.

Dr. Cortez, Dr. Collins and their staff are wonderful! I never have any issue getting an appointment quickly, and they are always willing to answer any questions I have. My wife was treated there, she had issues with the treatment, they scheduled her for labs...Wife called office nearly 2 weeks after labs, was told the doctor was too busy to review them...still waiting. Unreal!!! I would give -5 stars if it was available. A waste of $500 in the past 2 months. I suggest going elsewhere!

Surviving Today

Chooses not to file secondary insurances because they are lazy. Cost 250 dollars a vist despite have insurance that covers all maternity care and medicaid which covers all maternity care because they are LAZY. Ridiculous.
