I have been going to this Medical Clinic for many, many years...Dr. Kenneth Dott is the primary physician and owns this establishment...He is bar none one of the best doctors here in the Irving area...Depending on when you show up, you might have a long wait; he rushes none of his patients and is very thorough with his examination and explanation of a treatment plan...He does not sugarcoat if that is what your looking for, but is courteous and polite with any question you may have...Will continue to use Dr. Dott for all my medical needs and there is nothing wrong with his Staff, as they are extremely professional and family oriented...Dont believe some of the negative reviews you read here; some people you just cant please !

I love the Dr but the sign hours say 9-6 but that is a lie. The Dr told me the hours and said come back. When I went up there a lady told me they were not accepting anymore patients and they been open since 9. If you are not taking patients pass 4, then you need to change your sign. This has happened more than once. UGH!

My experience was not good.. specially waiting for your blood test reports is disturbing.... OMG!! 7 to 8 days.. what would happen to patient if his treatment is based on findings ?? M sure I will never ever come back again...

I have been going to Dr. Kenneth Dott for over 15 years and yes the wait time is bad sometimes but what do you expect as a walk in. I drive from fort worth to see him. Wont quit going.

Dont ever go here. They are a medical center and yet dont have any doctors available. Thats is completely and utterly stupid. Why be open if you cant even do your job?!

So far its my first visit and have been waiting for over an hour. This place is horrible and ghetto if you dont mind waiting 2 hours for a doc come on to this office.

They really need to find people to work for them with better attitudes, and work at a faster pace. 2 1/2 hrs to be seen is ridiculous.Im done with this fkn place ,

the staff is wonderful and the Drs know what they are doing, one of the best places i have ever been to and i plan on sending all of my friends there

The reception is unprofessional especially if you dont have insurance. The doctors staff is ok but I had to take my service else where.
