Dr. Ruth Adell is the physician there now. When I went in, I did not get to see Dr. Adell, so I cannot comment on her service. The one time I did get to speak to her on the phone, she seemed courteous and knowledgeable. When I went in, Dr. Adell was on maternity leave and had a substitue- Dr. Moyosade Ajala. I went in for some antibody titers to prove that I am immune to some diseases, for my school requirements. The office promised Id get the results by Friday, only to have them tell me on Monday that the doctor hasnt read the results yet. When Dr. Ajala did read it, I felt she was a bit negligent. I had asked for a HepB Antibody test and she either ordered the wrong test or received the wrong test results (HepB antigen test results). But on the phone to me, she did not notice that the test results were wrong at all and said everything looks fine. When I called back about the test results being wrong, the receptionists insisted it was the correct result and at one point, even said I was not immune and must get my HepB shots started. Finally, Dr. Adell, whod come back from leave, told me shed taken a look and Id need to do the test again because the lab did the wrong test. The receptionists also neglected to give me my TB test results along with my other test results, so I had to call them again about that as well. My other qualm with Dr. Ajala was that she never bothered to sign my immunity test documents, so tomorrow, I need to go back to the office yet again, so I can get them signed so my school wont think Im bringing fake test results. So overall, my qualm is not with Dr. Adell, but with her staff (very long waiting times & insistent that theyre right despite being wrong) and Dr. Ajala. Another complaint would be that they always told me theyd call me when they got the test results, but never did, and when I finally called, theyd tell me the doctor hasnt interpreted my results yet. I feel like this office is a bit understaffed and/or inefficiently run.

If I could give less then one star I would. I made an appointment because I have a physical assessment for a law enforcement position coming up. I needed a doctor to sign a form that basically stated that I was healthy enough to take this physical test which involved running, push ups, sit ups, and pull ups. This could be done with something like a sports physical for people who play football or any sport really. When I was at my appointment I showed the form to the doctor (Dr.Thao) and she stated that she could not sign it. The way she read the form was that I had to do the exercises involved in the test in front of her (which is not the case). This form simply states that im heathly enough to take the test, not proform the test in front of her. I tried to explain this and she seemed to not even listen which tells me that this doctor has no business dealing with people at all. I told her if she wont sign the form then I have no need to be there. I also told her that I dont need the wellness physical that she wanted to do and I walked out. I will not let a doctor this stupid touch me or assess me in anyway. She doesnt listen to people and she cant read a simple form properly. I can not say anything about the entire practice. This was just my experience with this one doctor. However I cannot think that anyone here would be much better, seeing how this person seems to have the reading comprehension of a vegetable.

I have suffered from the effects of a severe accident for three years. In that time I have spent over 150 days in the hospital; 2 surgeries and countless xrays, CT scans and MRIs and physical exams. Dr. Fischer found in one visit what they all missed and with one shot I am making some significant improvement. She also is referring me to sources within the Baylor system for further examination. If nothing else my confidence is much higher that I will finally get some proper treatment.

I saw Dr. Thou today(forgive me mispelled your name) Omg she made me feel so comfortable and she made me a plan for my diabetes. She shared her knowledge with me on things I should do and not do. I am so ready for my life to change. She was super friendly and she has won me over. Janette her assistant was super friendly and very professional. Front staff was nice. Ms. J L the manager handeled herself very well. Thank you for my visit. I am happy I found a new family Dr.

The new front office staff are quite rude, argumentative, and short. They rather argue with patients than rectifying the issue. They purposely make patients wait well past their appointed time.
