I would have to say this particular location has declined drastically in the past two years-- my recent experience took 4 hours with only 5 of us in the waiting area, the doctor wasnt really sure what I had and gave me a steroid shot, and after reviewing online what he thought I might have-- all of the advice he gave me was incorrect (if I had what he suggested I would have been highly contagious). I was forced to get a second opinion and thankfully I did because it was an allergic reaction, not a contagious virus. The staff was kind, but the rooms were dirty (literally-- they had to clean it when we walked into it) and it just seemed off.

people are too lazy, they only have one Indian doctor i had to wait for almost 5 hour to see him, i was injured at work and company sent me that location . they says them self urgent care but they dont care you in an urgent . he gave me shot for tetanus ,he did not explain anything about the reaction after this shot . next day i had fever and i went to Primacare. when i saw him he said everything alright . he released me without any restriction . and said go to regular work. I wish i could file lawsuit against this .

Every person that has helped has been awesome. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and ready to help you. They make you feel like you are yhe only person they are helping. The PT, Alex Alton, is the best!! Her main concern is that you get well and get back to work. Dr. S is fantastic! I wish I could use him as my personal family doctor. I would recommend the Concentra to anyone..and I do!

The wait is long but the doctor was very knowledgeable. The receptionist Melanie was sweet but the other lady (I think its Dana but I dont care to remember) she has glasses and Is rude .! The only reason I would go back is to see the doctor. When you work in medicine youre not suppose to be rude. It wasnt just to me it was also to other people that came in. Other than that , give this location a try.

Both, my coworker and I went to this place for a exam for work. I got here before him but they took him in almost immediately and for me it took over two hrs all because the nurse misplaced my paperwork and wouldnt be the first time but the people are friendly

Im currently in a patient room waiting for over an hour. Dont ever come to this place if you have other stuff to take care of. Why didnt they just let me wait in the waiting area. Or give me an estimated time. DONT COME HERE EVRR

I was broken and slashed my finger bad an they didnt make me wait one bit I came in they saw my shirt and were I worked an my name and they an i didnt have to wait a second and they were fast and nice
