These people are SO nice and accomodating, until you place your loved one in their care. After your check clears, you wont even get a return call when you have a problem ... and you will have lots of them. What they promise has little to do with whats delivered. When you question it, you are ignored or patronized, depending on the mood of the person you speak with. The director has left - AGAIN. Too many problems here, though the actual care givers seem to be nice. There MUST be better choices in the Dallas area. We are so sorry that we ever got involved with this group.

The staff was so helpful helping me find a place for a friend. This facility is very clean, smells nice and the residents are oh so sweet!! I would definitely recommend Brookdale Cedar Hill to anyone looking for a place for their loved one!
