I hope that the Physicians Assistant who likes to call himself a doctor never becomes one. I witness the most unprofessional behavior from a medical practitioner than I have ever seen. I had been waiting in a packed waiting room for two hours. He saw exactly one patient during that time. Then, a nice looking woman who turned out to be a drug rep came in. He spent 30 minutes flirting with this woman right in the open. Everyone witnessed this because they were so loud and enjoying themselves, while a packed waiting room waited. I asked him about it and he told me he would see patients when he got around to it. I had to leave after two hours to pick up my daughters, even though I was suffering chest pains and other problems.

I brought my daughter here for gastrointestinal issues... Dr. Luna was very welcoming, comforting and knowledgeable. His staff on the other hand, well... theyre unprofessional to say the least. The medical assistant proceeded to draw blood from my daughters arm and never washed her hands nor did she even bother to put on a pair of gloves. As a medical professional myself, this was quite scary. Not to mention the fact that if they ever manage to "catch up" with current times and go electronic, perhaps their office flow would be a little more efficient... I still cant believe that they are still using paper files and manual charting practices.

Awesome Medical Team at PI Medical Clinic really care about people and have a strong desire to help them, , patients feel safe and well-cared for throughout their visit. They are simply the best , better than all the rest ! , Greg Luna and all staff strive to deliver safe and high quality medical care to every patient who enters clinic doors. I will definitely continue to go PI Medical Clinic .

I am so pleased with Dr. Luna, who actually cares about his patients. How refreshing! He listens to all your concerns and explains thoroughly any diagnosis and procedure. For the volume of patients, he is probably understaffed. But, staff was polite and friendly. My only complaint would be the facility itself, which isnt top of the line, but itll do.

The PA, Luna, is excellent. He is more informed and knowledgeable than many doctors that I have seen and I am from Los Angeles, CA. He listened to my symptoms (most doctors do NOT listen) and his diagnosis was correct because in no time my issue was cured. I would recommend him anytime.

Too bad Dr Luna is a great doc because everything else about this clinic SUCKS. Longest wait time ever. Why do you even open at 8:30 when no one gets called back til almost 9:30. This receptionist is cold, unfriendly and incapable. I will NEVER BE BACK

Luna is a Horrible ASSISTANT!!! Treats patients poorly! Staff is highly unprofessional! Says one thing, does another! Unreliable! Just wants to take your money! Worst Doctors Assistant I have ever been too!!!

I love this clinic and the Doctor. Everybody is so friendly and professional. Doctor Luna is both of my kids doctor and I love his service. He explains everything in detail.
