I took my cat in to this clinic and we were seen by Dr. Sam Joy who also happens to be the Cheif of Staff. He ran several blood work panels and other diognostics and the only thing he came up with was that he had a minor liver condition. He prescibed us some meds, said to wait about a week and if my cat wasnt doing better, come back right away. 4 days later my cat is doing absolutely awful. I called the clinic hoping to see someone at the very least but they wouldnt see my cat, even when I tried to tell the receptionist that it was an emergeny. She promptly hung up on me. I took my cat to the veterinary ER where they told me that he had an advanced case of Sepsis and I had to have him put down that same night. Thank you so much Banfield for all of your care and support.

Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and affordable. They are what I have been looking for in a Vet Clinic, and Ive been to many others. Im sure they may get a bad rap due to being part of a low cost chain, but I can attest that they are the best Vet Clinic Ive ever dealt with. Dr. Joy and Dr. Khan are so kind and honest, and all the vet techs, and even the front desk staff, are so nice and helpful. They helped me through the loss of my pet, and I will be bringing my other pet to them for the rest of his life too. Thanks!

Dr. Khan and Sarah are amazing! Our puppy got parvo from the shelter we got her from and we didnt know if she would make it. Sarah helped us above and beyond what we expected. She even called to check on our puppy when she had the day off of work. 24 hours after being out of their hospital, our dog is jumping around and eating again. Thank you so much for your incredible help!

I had my pup in there for skin problem too many times. First it was this, then is what that. They keep changing cause(s) that make my pup have skin problem. Everytime, I had to spend more money than what I really want. We went there for her skin problem 4 times and it cost me (with the plan) over $300! Ridiculous!!!

Their hours online and when you call say that they are open from 7am-7pm but when you call at 7:30am, you get sent their automated "we are not here message". They either need to update their time online and on their away message, or pick up the phone.

we brought one of our dogs their when she had literally died and we had brought her back with doggie cpr. The doctors only argued that she was sleeping and refused to do anything but take her vitals. she died two days later. She was only 4.
