After doing the annual exam, fecal test, heartworm test, and getting vaccinations.... $182....you wont write me a prescription for heartworm meds so I can save $25 by getting them online, you tell me you will not and I can pay you $74.99. Um, no thank you. Also not very professional for the vet techs to be yelling at one another....."Shut up"..""No, you shut up".. "Dont tell me how to do my job"..."Then do your job". Very professional....I was in a room with the door closed and could hear them clear as day and one was in the lobby and one was in a room by door 6. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the actual vet was friendly. Sucks when your vet techs and greedy policies turn people away.

Maybe I just caught them on the wrong day, but my experience here was not so good. No one looked at my dogs chart/medical history before taking her to the back and giving her vaccinations. As a result, my dog received shots she wasnt even due for. The mistake was handled poorly by the vet tech, and when the actual vet finally came in the room, she ignored the mistake completely until I brought it up. She seemed to downplay it and make little effort to gain trust/reassure a new client that this is not how things are typically done at this clinic. I will not be going back.

Absolutely, BEST Animal Clinic EVER! Been going here for 19 years and love everyone there! They take excellent care of my dogs and always has their best interest at heart; would not go anywhere else! The staff is excellent, very helpful & knowledgeable. :) Dr. Bowe and Dr. Barbro are great Vet Doctors and really cares about the animals and their owners! They have lots of experience,very good at explaining medical issues and offering treatment options. We can trust them to give me good advice -- they are very conscientious and gentle with my dogs.

The worst experience I have ever had at a "veterinarian." Dr Rieck has no accountability, charged for services she did not do, and continuously lied about what the diagnosis of my dog was. She also has some of the worst customer service skills I have encountered. Bad customer service I can overlook because it is not your #1 priority-animal care is, but this was not the case. You are completely deficient in all your job responsibilities. Luckily, I got a second opinion at another vet and my dog is taken care of. Will never, ever go back.

By far the best vet clinic around. The doctors and staff genuinely care for the animals they care for. I will never take any of my animals anywhere else. Dr. Bowe (both of them) are nothing short of amazing. The tenure of their support staff speaks measures of how they not only provide exceptional care to animals they treat but also the people that work there. Typically you pay way too much for quality, this is not the case at North Colony Animal Clinic. You get high quality service at a fair price.

No words can express the gratitude I have for this clinic. I have been taking my dog to them for 6 years. They have always been professional and caring. It wasnt until my dogs last day did I realize how much they truly care for not only their animal patients but their human ones as well. Dr. T Bowe and his staff have always taken care of my pet. Theyre warm, friendly, and make your 4 legged extended family member feel like one of their own. My dog has had issues with epilepsy her entire life. What would have been a tough decision for my family has instead turned into years of happiness for my pet through monitoring and treatment. Even though Ive moved, I keep coming back for boarding and follow ups. This clinic is a great place for your pet to call home!

I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Darbro for 13 years. I remained with him even after moving to Plano. He is patient, kind and I fully trust him and his staff to care for my dogs (who I look at as my children). When I had to put my 20.5 year old american eskimo down, it was the hardest thing in the world and he couldnt have been more comforting. I recommend him wthout hesitation. They are amazing and they truly care about animals. As others have pointed out they are not all about the money and will do anything they can to work with your budget. They are wonderful. We moved further away from there and still make the drive out to see them. Ive used all 3 vets and they are all wonderful although we do go to Dr Tim Bowe the most but you cant go wrong with any of them.

Been using NCAC since they opened and I lived out there. Moved to Plano and still make the drive out there for service. Some of the best people you could ask for. Use of alternative treatments as low costs options are a +, as its not always about the $ and the endless test/treatments that could be performed.

Felt confident with our Miniature schnauzer"s care by the friendly & knowledgable vets here. Their groomer did a great job except we would have liked her nails trimmed shorter. We will make sure this has been done at her next grooming appointment before we leave with her.
