Brought our beagle in for a cyst removal surgery. They put her on 2 weeks worth of antibiotic before surgery. Finally went in for surgery and was explained that everything went well, single day surgery. Picked her up in the afternoon and was told she may not eat for the rest of the day as she was groggy and very lethargic. She didnt eat at all. Wouldnt take her medication. Barely drank water and remained groggy and lethargic for the next 2 days. Vet recommended force feeding her medication. Did so with no change to behavior or appetite. We lost our beagle on the 3rd day out of surgery. It seems she didnt handle the surgery well at all. Think this animal hospital and staff should have explained that perhaps her age would be a factory in her surgery. She was 10yrs old. Should have never gone in for surgery...all the Dr. said was "oh, were sorry...it was probably a cancerous cyst" even though the histopathology test showed it was non-cancerous and just a fatty tissue cyst. :-(

I have been bringing my pups here for a over a year. I was impressed first with their early and late hours of service, and speed in which they have been willing to see both my dogs. I have older dogs 8 and 11 and unfortunately with age comes health issues. Personally I have found all the Doctors to be mindful of prices, best procedures, and very hands on treatment. All of the staff is amazingly friendly - from the moment you walk in and are greeted, to the techs, doctors, boarding etc. I now go to them not only for veterinary services but grooming and boarding.

Dr Emily is the best!! Caitlin at the front desk came out to my car when I got there to get my two cats so I could wrangle my toddler. Then Omar was our tech, and was very sweet to both my son and my cats. He loaded my cats back into their crates and carried them to my car for me. I apologized for being a pain and needing so much help and everyone was like what are you talking about? Thats what were here for! They are very knowledgeable as well, dr Emily has treated my cats for their yearly exams and for a UTI

We visited Chastain (their LBJ location) this week and our kittens and we were treated so warmly. We were receiving a consultation for a potential surgery and the consultation (because it was an initial visit) was free of charge AND extremely informative. Dr. Lauren and her staff were so hospitable, gracious and kind. They do not claim to be the least expensive or most cost-competitive veterinary option in Dallas but they are determined to deliver quality, positive services.

Horrible! I called with an urgent situation and the front desk receiption told me I could come in at 5:40, then after giving her the "info" she needed as we are a new customer she said someone else took that appointment and she couldnt get me in now at that time. You would think for a new customer and after promising them a time and me telling her it was urgent, they would make arrangements - but no. I wouldnt recommend me based on thier customer service!

Our new kittens were very sick and so I called to try to get in that day (a Saturday - yikes!). They were completely booked, but fit us in anyways! It was the cleanest vet I have ever been to! Everyone we came into contact with was awesome - the gals at the desk, the tech and the vet! Our kittens are now on antibiotics and doing much better! We now have our permanent kitty vet!

Really loved this place! They were welcoming, friendly, and most of all, very good with our dog! I felt like their services are very reasonably priced and they include a lot of wonderful things along with being a part of their family! We started with the courtesy new client appointment and are thankful we found them! They are open early and late! Check them out!

EXTREMELY overpriced services, upsell you on everything you or your pet does not need, tell you they will call you when your pet is out of surgery and dont and when you call to check yourself, very rude like you are bothering them! We switched to another vet. The service is exceptional and about 1/4 of the price!

We love this vet. We came here after our long time vet retired. They are extremely well prepared and accommodating. They have handled emergencies and regular care with efficiency and compassion. The staff is very well trained and professional.
