My cat couldnt pee on Sat and this is the only hospital thats still have available appointment so i sent my cat to this Trinity Pet hospital due to his Urinary problem. The vet told me he has to keep my cat for 3 days and put catheter in him to let him pee. and will also do examination on him . So I left my cat there on Saturday. On Monday the vet called me saying that my cat was not behaving well and doesnt cooperate, and using words like" very very very very bad". My cat never scratch or rude to me at home but maybe he was scared at the hospital I can understand, but every owner loves their pets and the vet just keep using those wolds to say that my cats is doing very very very bad, very very very hard to cooperate with him. so I said I understand and thanks him so much for taking care of my cat. but it still makes me feel said. Then he told me that my cat pull out the catheter out at night, and he needs to put it in again. so I said okay. Then the next say he called me again still saying the same thing and said my cat pull the catheter out again., and told me that my cat might need a surgery. and he needs he keep him in the hospital for another day. At night he called me saying that if I can come by visit my cat because he is not eating or drinking. so I came by but the vet has already gone, they put my cat in a small cage and very small litter box that he cant even stand in full. it doesnt seem comfortable at all. So i stayed there until they close. Then the next day, the vet called me saying that my cat pull the catheter out again and saying he is a very bad patient. He said my cat might get block again because he cant wee after the catheter was pulled out. but I just found out it strange when the vet was saying he is not eating or drinking so how can he pee when theres nothing in his belly??? I am already not happy by him saying that, I have been brought my cat to other hospital but nobody every said these. My cat was doing well in other hospital but when I brought him here, just seems like he cant do anything to calm my cat. Finally on Wed i can pick my cat back, but when I get there, nobody reception me . I just stood there like air for 40 minutes, Then finally the vet from my cat back and gave me some medicine. my cat was so dirty, his hair are all wet and stuck together, and with poop on his butt. and the Vet said this to me. " He is not a good patient and not cooperate, hopefully hie wont block again but if he did, don;t bring him back........." So i just paid money and left. then after I get back home, my cats seems a bit weird on peeing and pooing. he starts to not pee or poop in the litter box., At first I thought it was because of the medicine. but until last night he was crying and I saw his poop, with a long catheter in! So i think it when he was in hospital he pull it out and eat it....but nobody told me this, the vet never told me anything about this. I am so angry. Cant they see that the catheter was missing and it that what I get for 1000 dollars service???? If my cat died I might just think its because his blockage but would never thought about this. Also, I found he scratched on my car each side of his ball. I dont know what happened in the hospital and dont want to call them. I don;t know what they did to my cat. Also, at the day I pick up my cat, I asked the vet if he did exam on him because he said so/ He said he did x-ray and it doesnt ;t show any kidney stone, then I asked him whats blocking him and if he did do any urinate test to see whats inside him. He didnt even do that and didnt test it.....so I dont even know what did he do during the 4 days and dont know what exactly happened to my cat. I will never go back to that hospital again,

I have been bringing my pet to Dr Keating for over 3 years. Cant express enough how glad i am to have him as my vet. Dr K and staff are very honest and do not try and leverage you into unnecessary "tests" and charges. Everyone is more than friendly and always treat us right! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Paul and Trinity Pet Hospital for their extraordinary care for my Lucy!! In regards to the review below me, Perhaps your "baby" is a good dog around you, friends, and strangers who around other dogs, as he would have been at Trinity Pet Hospital, gets cage aggressive maybe? Its actually quite common for pets to be extremely pleasant, and very quickly change their demeanor upon being handled by strangers who are doing more than just petting them, as this would validate the feces found in the cage and on your dog. Or perhaps, rather than cyber bashing the Dr and staff, maybe a sit down with the Dr would have been more appropriate, for as you mentioned, your dog cannot tell you himself. Although your intent to "review" is admirable, in future, fully understanding the situation and inquiring as to what had happened, may help people take your review more seriously. Since you were already online eager to slander a good Veterinarian, might I suggest next time googling your dogs behavioral changes once at the vet, and how you, as the caring owner you seem to be, can go about aiding to that, so this does not happen again with your next Veterinarian..

We just moved to Carrollton from Yuma, Arizona in April 2009. We have two dogs : a 3 year old male Sheltie and an 8 month old female. I took both dogs in to have them looked over and my female spayed. When I arrived no one asked me for previous records, if my dogs were on flea prev or anything. I gave the guy the rabies certificates (that had the tags attached) that we had just renewed in April in Arizona before leaving. Long story short. My puppy has this horrible scar and they released her to me still under anesthesia. She seriously looked like they just hacked into her without regard for her. When I inquired about not getting my certificates back they told me "they must have been inputted into our system and shredded". Thats what the girl who answered told me. I could not believe it. Even without the certificate mess up, I would never go there again. Theyve proved not to be on the ball.

I came into Trinity Pet Hospital looking for a reliable vet to take care of my two animals. When I set up the original appointment for my dogs annual vaccines the girls up front were very helpful and polite. They did not try to force me into doing extra testing to get more money and they were very honest. Dr. Keating was great with my two animals, very patient and understanding that they were scared and nervous. He took his time with each one of them and thoroughly examined and answered any questions I asked him. The staff and Dr. Keating were great and made my experience at Trinity Pet Hospital very smooth and easy. I would refer this clinic to any new comers to the Carrollton area!
