Not very considerate of your time. Told to come early and I did but still had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment in the reception area. If their time is valuable, they should recognize that yours is too. It felt like a automated factory line but not a very well run one. To top it off, the reception/nurse staff on site was very abrupt and not very customer oriented.

They do not care about their customer.. I had blood work done and need to know the result to be sure if I should continue my medication. Nurses does not bother to call and inform. Even after making a call and getting a confirmation that nurse will call back, they never called me back. Please lower your exception from this place.

Its hard to get an appointment without booking several days in advance and the hours arent the most convenient but the service I get every time from my doctor has been fast, helpful and the results are available in a timely manner.
