Called in crisis at 3:45 pm to make first time appointment. I had been referred to a particular physician. Receptionist said nothing in response but a phone number. I asked her to clarify what she meant by this, she repeated the number. I finally had to say "are you telling me that this is an alternative number to reach the doctor I am requesting? Is he not with this location?" She just repeated the number. Posibly one of the most rude interactions I have ever experience with any professional. Calleld alternative number that she provided. No answer, no service, no message. Hope their patients dont experience similar treatment. I will seek help elsewhere.

Dr Wiseman is a jerk. Literally if he cant have his way or fix you he finds ways to try to use reverse psych and belittle you. Also be wary if ever in tucker pavilion be cautious of getting him as he will try to keep you there against your own will. He thinks he can fix everyone but he met his match with one patient. Also I have never had a doctor speak to me the way he did and Im glad that I told him to his face I would no longer require his services. Pompous ass comes to many minds when he strolls into the room. And good luck getting an appointment almost impossible. And sorry he spends literally less than 10 mins with you. Lets say SCAM.

Im concerned with Dr. Benjamin Wisemans ethics. I wont break doctor-patient confidentiality, but he refuses to listen to his patients. I received his services twice now and he is extremely rude and condescending. I also got to speak with him for about only five or six mere minutes. Patients with health issues need love and understanding not more judging. I had to be my own advocate instead, and by the blessings of God got the help I needed. I forgive Dr. Wiseman... However, I cannot recommend him as a professional in the medical field.

The employees, especially Leah, at this office are horrendously rude, unprofessional and catty. Leah yelled at me in the waiting room and made me cry. When she found out what she was yelling at me about was wrong, and I was right, she just refused to ever talk to me again. What kind of mental health office hires someone who makes their patients cry and has no sympathy for them when it turns out they were yelling at them for no reason? I hope I never have to return to this awful facility that does not care about their patients.

The receptionist here is always polite and thorough. Im impressed with this practice and not sure what other reviews are referring to.
