I moved to Richmond this June and needed to find a new cardiologist, having had a poor stress test before moving. Dr. Dietz was recommended by my PCP and I also researched cardiologists online. I am very glad I chose her. I had cardiac artery bypass surgery in August 1993 and have had 23 years of experience with a number of cardiologists. She has met or exceeded all of my expectations and is a credit to her profession. All of the staff that I have encountered are friendly professional and responsive to my needs. Very short wait time for my appointment, which is a rarity in a medical setting btw I am a registered nurse and have worked with many physicians, om both sides of the bed

The office personnel was very professional and warm when greeting you. My wait time was short and the greeters were easy to talk to and very patient. I like Dr. Arcavese a lot. He has taken care of me for several years and checks on me consistently to be on the safe side. Explanations are easy to understand and I trust him complete. Id recommend him to my friends.

Wait time wasnt long, her "nurse" was friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Dietz is the best very knowledgeable, patient and listened to what I had to say. Have given a couple referrals. Ms. Brown goes above and beyond. Love them all.

Same old money machine attitude it had 20 years ago. Its their culture. Go to appt. get 5 minutes. Orders expensive tests. Next appt 3 months. See ya later. Dont know what the meds are supposed to do.
