This is the worst doctors office I have ever been too. Please save your time and go somewhere else. Too start, I booked an appointment with a doctor two weeks in advance and she cancelled it 4 hours before the appointment time was to begin. I rescheduled the appointment for the following week and it was booked at a different location which no one informed me of. The only reason I found out it was at the wrong location is becuase, I called to double check the address. I was put on hold by the receptionist who told me I would have to reschedule again. I had to then see another doctor who himself was decent. But the staff is more awful in person than they are on the phone. I waited for almost an hour in the room for the doctor (I just needed a physical and vaccines) and was told to come back yet again in two days to complete the blood work since no one had told me I needed to fast before hand. When I returned to the office the second time, I again had to wait almost 40 minutes for my appointment to begin, and was told by the nurse that my form was lost. Another nurse came by to clarify that the doctor had taken it home and that I would be notified when it was filled out and that she would fax it to me. I waited to find out if I had been given all of my immunizations, (another 20 min for asking a simple question), and that nurse was very weird, almost condescending telling me that I should know I was given all of them at the same time. I then asked the way out, and again was spoken to like I was a moron....very weird. I did receive a call from a nurse and when I tried to call back, the receptionist said they would not fax me my information and then said I had an attitude and hung up on me. I kept trying to call back to speak to the nurse or the manager to find out why the nurse called. It took me about half and hour of this receptionist putting on hold and the manager not answering his line. Again..weird. The receptionist is such an angry person, when I asked for the manager, she said, Oh yeah, I told him about you. Huh? Im trying to return a phone call to the nurse....I finally got the manager who listened to me, and said he would try to find out what was going on with her. But I dread having to deal with them, and I just want my results so I can move on with my life. I wish I had chosen anywhere else but here! Please stay away from this practice.

I moved to the area of south riding not to long ago. I wanted a doctor closer to my house. I visit South Riding Family Medicine this morning and I had a horrible time. Everyones primary physician visit should be pleasant, you should feel comfortable in the office, physician and nurses. Trust and someone who can rely on to help manage your healthcare is very important for me and my family. well not this practice... 1. I can tell the desk receptionist hated her job. But I wasnt bother by it... 2. I told the nurse practitioner that I need an advise and needed a Pap smear... She gave me a list of OB doctors... their website says “Services provided to address these areas, including mammograms, pap smears insertions IUD check- and screenings UPS and, for breast, uterine cervical and ovarian cancer. We also offer the whole spectrum of womens GYN healthcare check- including UPS and management of any health issues related” My visit was less than 20 min counting the time when the nurse took my BP and weight. I mentioned to her (NP)that I was not satisfied with the service. I aproached one of the receptionist who didnt hated her job, she seemed to understand my point of why I was going to pay for a service and co-pay when the only thing she did is provided me with a list of doctors to call. A billing lady was going to refunded me until she spoke with the NP. Which I think she was upset because moments before I told her I wasnt satisfied with her service. Also they seemed not to like minorities... Im going back to my old family practice, is going to be little more drive but I would be treated equally....

STAY AWAY AND FIND ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE!!! Although the medical staff may be good, the receptionist is the rudist and most obnoxious person I have meet since relocating to this area. We arrived for a 6:15 appointment at 6:00 to be sure not to be late and miss the appointment. At 6:30 we asked the receptionist how much longer of a wait as they clearly have a sign stating if you have been waiting longer then 15 minutes check with receptionist. Her response was "I am not a doctor I do not know how much longer." I explained that we had a 6:15 appointment and it is now 6:30. She stated it was only 6:20, I told her that it was 6:30 and she could look at the clock behind her on their wall. She did and still argued about the time. Obviously she did not know how to read a clock! At 6:46 after 4 other patients that came in AFTER we arrived were seen, again we inquired as to how much longer to be seen. This time the receptionist stood up, put her hand in my face and told me again "I am not a doctor, they will call you whenever they want to. You need to sit down and wait.. At this point I asked for my copay back and to cancel this appointment. Again there was an arguement as she said she could not return a copay. I would have to return the next day and we need to leave. I have never had such bad customer service...Went to INOVA Fairfax, was seen in 6 minutes and diagnosed and left the hospital in under 25 minutes, shorter than my entire wait in an empty doctors office! STAY AWAY!!

What a horrible experience! I found this practice through a search provided by my insurance. When I called to schedule an appointment the woman on the phone was extremely unpleasant. Then when I got there (it was bit hard to find since they moved) they were still in moving mode where you could tell there was empty space and things sitting around. I understand moving. They were not very attentive to patients coming into the waiting room but I witnessed them leap to a building manager offering free lunch on one of the other floors. Again, free lunch, I get it. However, after a lengthy time with a nurse slowly keying in information about my daughter, we were left in the exam room for close to an hour! I had to open the door and look out to see what was going on. They had loud music playing from a radio on the counter and were standing around laughing and chatting. When they saw me pop my head out, I heard whispers and then a non-doctor came in. She basically read the chart, looked at my daughters ears, nose, throat and said, virus. Not once did anyone check her temperature! I went because she had a fever for a couple days. I was furious and could not get out of there fast enough. A month later I get the invoice for a charge of $125 that says, "ESTABLISHED PATIENT OFFICE/OUTPATIENT VISIT". Unbelievable! I will NOT go back!!
