The Staff from the Doctor Huerta clinic called me regarding some of my Results next day after my Appointment and since I was at Work could not take the call, I returned the call and the Staff that answers the phone during working hours was Very RUDE asking me like ‘ What is it that you need to talk to the Doctor?’ - The Doctor Huerta is With another patient (so I’ve understand I said) the Recepionist put me on hold for almost 6 min then asked who was I holding for and asked me if she could help me, I said yes, I need to talk to Dr. Huerta she replied ‘ He’s with another patient if you want to talk to the Dr, I would need to give him that message, so she asked for my name and info ‘Again’ she put me on hold for another 7 min then she said ‘The Dr. didn’t call you it was me who called your Wife for you to come in, so I said to her that I Was Out of Town and I could not make it. She replied Well the Dr. cannot talk to you right now, I said if this is Important I need the Dr. to contact me as I’m out of town, she Replied ‘What is it that you Need to talk to the Dr. about?’ I said I need to talk to the Dr. About my Health and I said is this some sort of Joke or something?? She Replied ‘No is not but the Dr. Cannot talk to you on the Phone he needs to see you in Person’ I Said I’m out of Town I Cannot Come in for a Week, if my Health is Important to Discuss Please Have Him call me right away and I Provided my Cell Phone, She just said, Ok I will Let him know. And Never Heard From anyone.

Absolute quack. I came to this Dr suffering from extreme anxiety and panic attacks. He was a pompous arrogant little man who wrote me a prescription for an Anti depressant, I was and am not depressed and an anxiety medication I have previously been prescribed but the dosage was so low it did nothing to help. This was supposed to be a short term med that would act quickly, well it did not. After taking the meds in the am I began having a panic attack so I called his office. After 2 hours I received a call back informing me that the medicine had to build up to work, I told the receptionist yes, 1 does but the other is supposed to work quickly until the other has built up. She then told me he said theyre was nothing else he could do for me go to the ER!!! What a joke. How about a different anxiety med or dosage change. He treated me as though I was an addict looking for something to get me high. I was completely offended. I told her I came to you all for help and this is how Im treated. Drs are supposed to help u. I am obviously not an addict just somebody extremely overwhelmed and unable to cope with my anxiety. Obviously this Drs office is not interested in helping people.

I arrived at the office on time for my first appointment, and as soon as I finished my new patient paperwork, I was taken back to the op. The nurse went over my medical history, and within three minutes of her wrapping up and leaving the room, Dr. Huerta came in. Dr. Huerta was punctual (I have never been in a medical office where I wasnt waiting at least an hour)! He was efficient in the time he took with me, getting to the point effectively in the direct questions he asked. Dr. Huerta addressed a few reg flags he felt I should address to take better care of my health, but he did it in a professional, kind manner, so I felt at ease during the whole appointment. Very knowledgeable Doctor, who addressed ALL of my questions with insight and professionalism. Dr. Huerta is a keeper and will be my permanent family physician! Great experience!

This place is really unprofessional , I called to schedule an appointment, i gave them my insurance info and they told me they accepted ,when i went to the office the day of the appointment they told me they dont accept my insurance so I missed all my time going there. That isnt right :-(

Dr. Alfredo Huerta understand his patients. Very easy going and highly professional. I appreciate having a doctor of this attentive and thoughtful doctor. Great reception and then a great diagnosis by my doctor.

The staff of this doctor is incredible incompetence! He lied to me, the doctor did not call you, I am obliged to consult another doctor to be finally good care !. What a waste of time for my state of health!

I went to see Dr. Huerta and The staff was great with me I told them that I have another appt. and they worked with me. The Doctor was awesome and very professional.
