On the occasions I have needed to be seen by Dr. Medley I have been able to call and be seen on the same day. Unlike other physicians where a last minute appointment means a long wait in a crowded room, Ive never sat for long. I also never felt As if Dr. Medley was rushing through her time with me. I find her to be proactive and thorough, never leaving me feeling as if my unscheduled visit has over-burdened her day. I appreciate Dr. Medley not being quick to "throw" medications at me as a quick fix. Dr. Medley is an excellent guide to alternatives on treatment of current illnesses and the prevention of issues. With the increase of drug resistant illnesses having alternative means of controlling health issues is a huge positive for me. The staff reflect her attitude. I highly recommend Dr. Medley for anyone seeking a physician

From my first call to inquire about appointments,my experience with both Dr.Medley and her office have been overwhelmingly positive. You can discern she has a busy office,but its no mystery as she is wonderful.Yet,Ive never had to wait long for an appointment.The office staff has me back waiting for her in minutes. Dr.Medley is warm, patient and compassionate.When you speak to her you have her full attention.She is solutions focused and informative.I feel comfortable asking questions and have always had any inquiries addressed. I am so grateful I found her. If you are looking for a no nonsense doctor with a friendly and efficient office....You should make an appointment.

I would give 0 if that was an option. Total fraud, she might be a good doctor but she is total fraud as far as billing is concerned. - doctor asked if baby is sleeping through night or not and doctor gave her opinion .. charged for that. We went for my wifes annual and we were charged for her giving opinion about our baby ...she asked few more questions and charged us for that, even though it was free annual exam she billed it for consultation. And when we confronted her, her office stopped responding and didnt share lab results that we were awaiting.....

Dr. Medley is very professional and listens to patients with lot of patience and she prescribed right medicine for my ear pain. However, for the blood work results, i had to followup with her office several times and not a proper response from anyone in the office. Though I liked this doctor in person, but the followup appointments and test results is a pain and i had to call sever times to just hear back on the results. i was disappointment very much in that aspect.

I absolutely love her!! She is one of the BEST Physicians in Houston! She takes her time with patients and as a patient, I really appreciate that. Her staff if phenomenal! Especially Mrs. Ana (Nurse). Her office recently adopted a new memeber into her her family, his name is Trevor! I’ve talked to him twice, he is pleasant to speak with and prompt with response time. P.s I love the new office! Great location and convenient to me office! She is the BEST!!!!

Ive been going to her for over 10 years and I couldnt think of going anywhere else...she is warm, caring, and comfortable. She has helped me get through small illnesses to scary illnesses. She is the best in Houston and probably the best doctor ever!!!
