I Review
1. There was a staff that seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. A nurse had to come and ARGUED with him saying, "This is not what youre supposed to do, blah blah blah." Afterwards, another nurse had to yell at him for another reason. My complaint: 1. Why wasnt the staff properly trained? 2. There is no reason for TWO nurses to have to yell at the man in in front of the patients. They shouldve pulled him to the side and quietly spoke with him. 2. A "nurse" called a man and just asked, "English?" The man nodded his head yes. Then she asked again. He nodded his head again. Again she asks for the third time except this time she spoke up and acted as if he couldnt hear. This time, the man replied, "Yes, I can speak English." She made the man sit down. My complaint: The patient surely replied to her though it was silent. She didnt even ask , "Do you speak English sir?" It was just bluntly, "ENGLISH?" 3.. I walked in, and its a crazy mess. The nurses kept walking back and forth like it was a flea market or something. A true doctors office is very organized. Theres no need for like 5 different nurses to be running back and forth. 4. A nurse spilled water on me. My complaint: I know that accidents happen, but I didnt even get an apology. 5. I was led to a room by a nurse. When I walked in, there was already another patient in there being checked by another nurse. MC: You should NEVER have a patient in the same room as another patient. He shouldve just made me waited a bit longer till the man came out (Im a female). 6. The nurse called me to go get my blood drawn. I went to the blood room and another nurse yelled at him to hold on. I was just standing there. Then the nurse told me in a strict manner to go back (looking at me like why on earth am I still here). I went back but this time the seats were all taken. He told me to sit down (still in that strict manner). Had to tell him that there were no seats. My complaint: This is one example of how the nurses dont communicate with the patients. Like how was I supposed to know if I was supposed to wait outside the room or to go sit down in the waiting area. Plus, he shouldnt have had to use that tone on me. 7. Same thing as complaint number 6 but this time, I saw it happen to another patient. There is no reason to call a patient when youre going to make him sit down again. 8. I had to wait over 3 hours until I got to the actual doctor. I got there around 8:45, left at 12 pm. Honestly, there were like 15 patients MAX when I got there around 8:45. This includes the people inside and outside the office. When I was inside the office, I kept seeing the same maybe 15 people going around, getting irritated with the nurses. Most of them left around I did. My complaint: There should be NO REASON whatsoever for it to take more than 3 hours just to get through the patients. When I was waiting outside the doctors office, the most it took for him to talk to me and the patients was 10 minutes each. 9. The nurse who assisted me couldnt spell. He spelled partially "partialy" in the form and spelled hear "here" in the form. It makes me worry about their knowledge and education. All in all, this was a horrible experience for me. Never again am I going to visit this office. My dad was with me and he told me that hes not coming here again. I was talking to the other patients and they all complained about how horrible of a job the staffs were. Things they could improve would be communication with each other, communication with the patients, and their organization. There should be no reason for a doctors visit to take more than 2 hours let alone 3. I wished that they could have the old staffs back. They were very organized and WAY more friendly than these new staffs. I have a few more things that I disliked about this office but those were really small things so I wont mention. I have also made a new google account so they wont know who I am. If they do, oh wells.

My wifes experience as well as my personal experience was horrible. The doctor is great. However his staff is completely unprofessional, disorganized, lazy, and just flat out dont seem to want to do there job; or possibly not understand how to do there job. My wife had major surgery and and has to use a walker, she came first thing in the morning to follow up post surgery and was first patient on wait list-however, wasnt helped or even acknowledged for 3 hours. Every other patient has to wait hours as well. But were still helped before her. The disorganization and careless attitude of the staff should be dealt with as soon as possible. Otherwise the staff will surely ruin this doctors reputation.

Great primary. Ive been coming here for 2 years now & never had any issues. Staff is great.
