This place is absolutely amazing!!!!!!! I had a pet who was very sick I called them up to bring my pet to have her euthanized when we arrived the staff was friendly and had everything set up and ready to go. As you can imagine this was very hard thing we had to do we had our pet for almost 10 years she meant so much to us. The vet was very thoughtful and caring and compassionate. When it came time for us to say goodbye to our beloved pet they made us feel so comfortable gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. We chose to cremate are pet it took less then two weeks to get her remains back. When they were ready they gave me a call to come pick them up. When I arrived they gave me a beautiful little bag black and white with little paw prints on it. Inside this beautiful bag was my pet remains the way they did everything was incredible. The box containing her remains had a plaque that had her name and inside the box where her remains were they were nicely bagged up with her name and a little red rose. We also receive a paw print impression of her paw along with a beautiful poem. I really couldnt have asked for anything more. You all are such amazing people and are remarkable at your job. Groomer TJ is great, but the clinic stuff are not very attentive. Schedule a 7:30 grooming session, when we got there, clinic stuff said you pup need a rabies shot or else we cant groom him, but doctor not coming in in another 30min. My wife : what! The stuff, we told you about it! NO! You didnt! this is second time they did this, we dont like our pup getting a shot and groom on the same day! The first time I thought maybe I didnt pay attention. But they have my pups record, why didnt you say so when we make appointments? And why would you set us up at 730 when doctor not coming in after 8? We are heading to the yorba regional hospital instead. Stuff there are more knowledgeable and pay more attention to patient or clients..

Not sure why there is a bad posting prior but there is nothing bad about this place. Dr. Riggs and staff are professional very helpful and extremely caring. Prices are very resonable and of course it is a business but compassion for animals and their humans is what sets this clinic apart for everyone. I have been.with them for years and they will always take care of my animals.

Dr. Johnson is the best veterinarian I have ever known. I would trust the care of my dogs to no one else. I cant tell you how happy I am that she has her own practice and hospital. The best and most compassionate care for my best friends, Reese and Mindy. I truly trust Dr. Johnson and her staff. I have never felt that way with any other veterinarian.

Absolutely a great place to take your furry friend. My dog was having bloody stools and it was really scary. Everyone took great care of her and she is now home and resting. If you are into feeding fresh food, you wont get any attitude from the Vets here, they also have a Just food for dogs in the lobby area.

Brought our dogs here for annual check-up and shots. Friendly staff and vet took great care of us. On the way out the girl forgot to give me the proof of shots to send in for their license renewal, have to go back.
