It hasnt been at this location since November of 2016. However this is the address they gave me. Also they didnt answer the phone when I called them (numerous times) to get the correct address. They never called me back. When I finally contacted them 2 days later they were not polite and didnt apologize.

First Horizon Medical Center is an excellent clinic to go to. I use to be a patient there and they always got me what I wanted. If I needed to set up an appoinment they would try to get it ASAP if that was necessary. I love this clinic and its awesome.

Not a long wait. Staff is friendly and efficient. APN Vasquez is outstanding. She addressed my concerns and explained what she had diagnosed. This has been one of the best Doctor visits I have had in a long time. Refreshing.

While we love Dr. Vasquez her staff is rude, unorganized and racist. Tried to overlook it because we loved the Dr. so much but enough is enough. If you are not Hispanic dont expect any customer service from this staff.
