I had a horrible experience back in 2009 but decided enough time had passed, my insurance changed so I needed to find a new doctor anyway, and that I d give them another chance. The next available appointment was 2 weeks out. I provided all of my insurance information at the time of making the appointment with no issue and then when I showed up for my appointment they informed me that they did not accept that type and had not for some time. What a time waster, including the 7 pages of medical history they had me fill out ahead of time!!!

Did not care at all for Dr. Cuervo, it was either her way or highway regarding the course of treatment that has worked for me over the last 30years. she insisted that she was going to fix what wasnt broken. My Primary Physician and My Psychologist agree with my course of treatment and both state no change needed. I will not be a guinea pig for Dr. Curevo. I would not recommend her.

So far, I love this place! I see Dr. Star Fowler. She is amazing. She is patient and will take the time to listen to you. I am extremely happy with the office staff also. The ladies at the front desk are just amazing!

I did not care for Dr. Cuervo either. She is not collaborative and is more interested in checking boxes on her computer than in relating to patients.
