I have been to a few Kaiser offices and find the doctors to be hit and miss like all doctors, but the incompetence of the premium/billing department is truly astounding. After mis-applying my premium payments 9 times this year and terminating my coverage 4 times for non payment (due to applying the premiums to the wrong account), billing me for 6 people for 5 months of the year when there are only 4 people in my family, and spending literally over 100 hours on the phone trying to get it straightened out, we terminated our insurance and decided to go uninsured for the rest of the year because it was better than dealing with Kaiser. They send so many bills that they cant even explain and the prices are astronomical ($856 for a well-baby visit, $350 for an office visit for a sore-arm.) If you keep complaining, they come up with lower random numbers, but still no one knows where they come from and you cannot get cost estimates in advance like they advertise. This is in addition to messing up our medical records as well. They attached my husbands blood work to my two-year old daughters account. At one point, they took her off my account and attached her to some other random adult. I filed a complaint about that and they said the problem could not be fixed. Excuse me? What? After filing a second complaint and spending 10 hours on the phone, she was put back on my account. But my husband now shows up as my son. This is only a sampling of the gross incompetence. Unfortunately, the list goes on and on and on and on and on. They still havent straightened out the misapplied premium payments from January and it is now December. I am just praying they get it straightened out by April so I can file my taxes although Im not holding my breath at this point.

If only stars could be negative..i made a eye appointment for my 2 small children..it took 2 months to set appointment. I never received a reminder from them of set appointment. I called day of to confirm. I saw online they opened at 830. So i called, rep stated appointment was set for 800,our phone number was entered incorrectly and it would be another month to set appointment. I know the appointment was for that afternoon, countless errors on their behalf bullied two children from being at an appointment that ment so much to our family. As a mom who knows my children need glasses i called Americas best and set an appointment for next day. I will gladly scrape up cash for my children to have a optometrist that will gladly see us when we need them. Worst insurance imaginable.

I visited the optometry department here. A visit to an optometrist for renewing your prescription typically costs $100 in Denver. I was quoted the exact same amount during my phone call for making the appointment. After arriving at the facility I verified with them that that is what it was going to cost me. I did my due diligence to make sure that I knew the cost. I paid it right after the test. Kaiser than sent me an addition bill for $238. They refused to take it off after I formally filed a complaint in spite admitting to me that their department made a mistake.

I dont like spending 45 min to get meds at the pharmacy. They wont give you a 3 month supply unless you do mail order. What the heck the difference is I dont know, they must of figured the could save a few bucks somehow this way. So you have to go every month, and did you know there are a lot sick people there. They are quick to quote the rules. Making all those very old folks wait in line for so long is shameful. They had about 1/3 of the checkouts open. The line was to the door when I showed up at 11:45. Blood pressure pills, I left upset as usual.

Every time we come to this location we experience conflicts with scheduling. They are not very friendly or helpful. My appointment somehow got cancelled without my knowledge. I missed work, kid missed school and they could careless. Then she just rescheduled us without even discussing if it works for us. A couple years ago I was in my physical for 21/2 hours. This facility does not respect your time what so ever! Very upset!

For the $1200 a month theyve gotten from me for multiple decades, the service should be much better. The doctors are fine but the system is flawed. Ive been waiting for a call back for 4 hours. Trying to get an appointment about a broken arm that happened 2 days ago.

Lots of parking in a convenient location just north of Ward and I-25. Lots of construction and renovations are still happening, but all nurses and doctors have been gracious, skilled and pleasant despite the mess! I love Kaiser!

I like how they have this facility set-up; very easy to get in and out quickly for lab draws or pharmacy. Appointments start on-time and if you need radiology, its right there too. Front desk is very helpful.

Usually can get you in and everything is in one place. Pharmacy is usually crowded though.
