I’m very pleased to have chosen The Ramos Law Firm. After being in what was a very traumatic car accident and experiencing horrible pain, Brian C was considerate, understanding and reassured me that I would be taking care of. He kept his word to me and that goes a long way with me. Everyone that worked on my case has shown the same care for my wellbeing, they are very consistent and communicate on a regular basis. Meghan has helped me is so many ways in this long journey. I truly did not feel like another client but that someone actually cared about me. After meeting with several doctors and listening to the medical jargon it was refreshing to talk to Dr. Ramos as he explained my injuries to me in a way that I could understand because it was exactly how I was feeling. I believe that because he is also a doctor, this is an additional benefit to me. Clarence the “Juris Doctor” is a great asset to this law firm. Again a great benefit for me to talk to someone to help me understand the insurance industry. I could not have chosen a better law firm to represent me and I am very happy I finally made the phone call. I highly recommend The Ramos Law Firm and will refer anyone that I meet that has had the unfortunate experience of being in a car accident to them.

On Nov 2015 ,my family and I were in a horrible car accident with my 3 month old in the vehicle (terrifying). Our vehicle was totaled as well as the vehicle who t-boned us. My mother had already suffered from a brain aneurysm and is a cancer survivor and my father had been hurt at work and had 3rd to 2nd degree burns all over his feet and legs, So you can imagine my frustration. This was all so overwhelming for my family and I... Finally our case was settled for full policy limits and my family was treated with brilliant and knowledgeable care providers that assisted in our recoverys from our injurys. We received 1st class service from the Ramos Law they checked up on us very frequently unlike other law firms and made us worry free. I am more than grateful for all the work done from the WHOLE OFFICE! Every single person was so amazing in every way ,they are all so fantastic and have the most enormous hearts. My experience with the Ramos Injury Law Firm was excellent. Dr. Ramos & Meghan are so caring & compassionate. My entire family was in a very serious auto accident. We sustained multiple injuries and being a physician Dr. Ramos had an understanding, of what we were going through, second to none. His office is always prompt, professional and extremely helpful. After getting into a no-fault accident on the highway in 2012, I suffered a spinal injury that resulted in negative consequences in both my professional and personal lifes. I was referred to Dr. Ramos and his team by a doctor from the hospital. I could not have asked for a better team of experts who are compassionate and put the client first. This is evident from the moment you meet Dr. Ramos and his team. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Calandra and Rick Eddington and their respective support team. This is a firm that will not give you the run-around. They keep you posted through all steps of the process and at no time did I feel alone or unsupported. The process of dealing with insurance companies is a headache no one should have to go through. Hiring the Ramos team was the right decision and I would refer them to all my friends and family. I had never needed a lawyer before until I was rear ended by a drunk driver. I wasnt sure who to call for help. I am a pastor so the law firm that I chose would need to have integrity and honesty if they were going to represent me. The Ramos Law Firm was the perfect match. A friend from church recommended them to me because he knows Joe Ramos personally and said that I could trust him and his team because they are a fair and honest law firm. The Ramos team immediately made me feel at ease with my situation and assured me that they would only seek what was fair and just for my case. I was rear-ended twice in 2015 and needed to have spine surgery because of this, my team at the ramos firm was beyond amazing. Megan and Clarence worked so hard for me and got a much larger settlement than I ever expected. I owe so much to them. They educated me every step of the way and kept in very close communication with me... The best part, they actually cared about me and that I healed and felt well. Im almost sad that this case was over because I enjoyed talking with them every time they left a voice mail or sent an email. You havent seen the last of me, but my visits and emails will be completely personal because I consider you guys friends. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
