My Dr. left the clinic without any notice to me about the change and no explanation of why even after request. When my lab results came back i was not contacted for additional time and advised of the lab results and told a Dr i had not authorized was now responsible for my care and that was why the delay. I received no evaluation from the DR to diagnose or help me understand what the lab results meant. When i asked for more information about what those results meant i was told i had to reschedule a new appointment to receive results and diagnosis. The only recommendation was for additional testing even though i hadnt been advised what the existing results meant. I felt like a number and not a patient, i will look into contacting medical boards to report an official complaint. I would NOT recommend this office or Gastroenterology of the Rockies.

One of the worst and disrespectful bed side manor from a doctor Ive ever dealt with! If possible go else where you will not be treated with dignity! Should not be allowed to practice it was appalling how Dr. Patel treated a disabled person. People Beware !

I just got off the phone with a very nice appointment specialist she has made comfortable and confident with my choices care. I will be back with another review after my appointment in November, Im sure its going to be great!

Had an appointment in January, didnt diagnose or tell me what was wrong, just gave me medicine and said theyd call back for a consultation in a month but never contacted me. I guess Ill take my business elsewhere.
