First visit was smooth, that was it. Second appointment someone marked me as a no show when I was checked in 20 min early for my appointment..so I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before someone came to ask who I was. I had been fasting for 14 hours for my blood test I was suppose to take, nobody cared they were going to just rescedual me but I said I was seeing a doctor. Somehow my doctor was still behind and couldnt see me so I seen another doctor who was not the least bit helpful. He pointed down the hall to where some chairs were and told me thats where to get my blood drawn, I start walking down the hall assuming he was going to walk me there but I turn around and he is gone. So I sit down in the seat thinking he had to grab something, sit there 15 more min and finally someone else comes out of the door next to me and asked if I was there to get my blood drawn not knowing I had been there for 15min. It took less than 5 min to draw my blood yet I spent over 90 min waiting around. When I walked out I walked past both my doctor and the other doctor sitting at computers. I said thank you the only response I got was a "yup" from the male docotor. Still have not heard back from my doctor after reciving my results and leaving her messages.

Ive been going here since I was a new born. Ive never been satisfied. Ive had a lot of health problems and they never help or care. In may 2016 I had to give them a stool sample. After 4 weeks they still didnt have my results. I had to keep calling them! Then they lost the sample??? I had to give them another one. Its been 4 more weeks and they still havent called me!! I called yesterday and the lady told me she has the results but needs to talk to the dr. And would call me back. 1, they should have called me when they got them back!! 2, she still never returned my call!!!! Im so done with this place. Lakewood medical had my results back in one week... seriously dont go here. I told them about my headaches since I was 12. They told me to take advil, Tylenol, etc. I told them it didnt work. Finally when I was 20 they had a Dr Lacy Babby, and she referred me to a neurologist. Too bad she left because I would have stayed at sims crossing with her.. they are unprofessional here. And nonchalant about everything!!!

TERRIBLE Doctors office. The receptionist is extremely rude, and careless. The doctors are never present and consistently act like they have better things to be doing that helping you. I have to schedule appointments out months in advance and when Im sick and try to call in for an appointment every time Im told to go to the ER if I cant wait 3 weeks to be seen. I requested to know about a prescription I was taking and if It could be filled without an appointment and they said they had no records I was ever prescribed that. So I called the pharmacy and they said that Simms had prescribed it to me but they would need doctor approval for a refill. These records must be kept for 6 years and they didnt have any of them. Never have received good service here and have finally moved doctor after they gave me trouble about getting my records transferred over. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their health and getting things done in a timely fashion.

please dont pay too much attention to the bad reviews. i was able to get a new patient appointment within one week. when i got there the front desk staff was very polite and incredibly helpful. they answered all my questions about the paperwork. i only had to wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes to get to the room and then the doctor was only maybe five more minutes. doctor remaly was very professional and he actually listened to my issues. he didnt just assume he knew me and he did a thorough exam. i was able to get my prescriptions with no issues. i highly recommend this practice. they are way better than the other reviews led me to believe. this place seems to really care about their patients

This is the worst Doctors office ever! The receptionist are rude, and incompetent. They failed to put in my appointment and then expected me to change days and time to accomadate their mistake. You never get an actual MD. I was seen by the RN practitioner who didnt even bother to examine me on two separate appointments. They also spelled my last name wrong which delayed getting my MRI results.Then after having to call the office multiple times to get results, my RN practitioner gave my results to the receptionist! These people are unprofessional and incompetent. BEWARE!

Consistently rude receptionist (2 visits). Called Monday for an appt, told Tues afternoon was open. Got there 5 min late (called on the way to let them know), was told with plenty of attitude that I was late and inconveniencing the other patients and would have to reschedule (waiting room was empty) then made to wait 20 min to see dr for partial appt. I understand these offices can be busy, but this time Im not sure who I was inconveniencing or why it couldnt be explained nicely or why they couldnt tell me on the phone that if I was late I would have to reschedule.

I am absolutely disgusted with these people and their medical capabilities! There is absolutely nothing about this office that is to be considered "professional". Julia who seemed to be working the front desk was absolutely rude and incompetent to be working the job. This is not the first encounter of this sort and it seems to be a continual issue with many many clients. Please shut this office down or wipe out the current staff and hire people who care truly about their job in the medical field!!!

I called 4 times to try to make an appointment as a new patient for prescription refills, and was told over the phone on every call that I would be able to have them refilled. However, after paying my copay, filling out paper work for 30 minutes, and having nurses take my vitals, I was then told I would not be able to have any of my prescriptions refilled. Complete waste of time and employees obviously have no communication with nurses and medical staff.

terribly inconsistant, you leave messages that arent returned. Staff is friendly, but practice as a whole is either understaffed, overworked or lacks resources to do a good job. Weve not needed much care over the years (cant imagine the nightmare for those that have or do) and the location was convenient, but no more. After a week of not having my call returned, I just had to end this relationship.

Just started here...they seem to be quite professional. I have just been a patient for the past few months. A Nurse Practitioner (which is commonplace now - you usually cant see a physician first visit) examined me and gave me 2 referrals which were done within a week. The best part was we (my bf & I) were able to get appointments for the first visit within one week. Overall pretty happy so far!
