I waited to see Dr Lipshiz for over an hour. When I saw her, she did to a very through intake and did blood work on-site. Yet, I needed continued care. When I requested my files to I could bring them to the next doctor the "copy service" charges 35.00. Asking people to pay for their own records is rediclious. Lastly, I have to pay for the records with a money order - WHAT! Not only will I not be returning to this clinic, I will have to get the tests redone. Its cheaper to pay my 10.00 copay than the 35 to get paper copied.

Do NOT go see Dr. Riffer as youll be wasting your time and money. He examined me once during several visits. The rest of the time he sat in the corner typing on his computer. And if you want to get him on the phone to go over your lab results, that will never happen. you will be forced to speak with the nurse as he will NOT come to the phone. He wasted several months on many tests and wasted my money on medications I never needed! Hes a JOKE of a "doctor."
