Terrible service! Good luck trying to make an appointment! They dont even have a M.D. there?! If, they do I never seen him or her?! I was calling the FNP Doctor and she never corrected me?! Yes, I could never be a FNP and Im sure its very difficult to be one but I want a Real Doctor giving me information! Nikcole Thompson FNP, is a nice lady but after going to the Az. Heart Specialist. The Real Doctor/Surgeon, said SHE was going off of an old outdated chart(s)?! FNP said I was borderline Diabetic?! FNP had the Receptionist call me to tell me this! I couldnt even speak to the FNP! What does a 22 year old know about Diabetes, unless she/he has it, or is in the Medical Profession! I have been trying to get another Script to buy Meds from Canada. The sign on bldg. says they are open on Saturday? Drove all the way down there to find out its an old sign?! They are not open on Saturday! Waste of time and money! By the way! The original Dr.Sweet, who worked there years ago, got put in jail and his license to practice medicine taken away! Look it up, if you dont believe me! He was writing out Scripts of OxyContin like crazy! A young man died! Good luck with this place! Im done with them!

DO NOT BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT HERE!!!! Ive had the worst experience with them. I dont even understand how they are still in business. Ive had to call multiple times in regards to prescription refills and they still will not have it done. I was then told that they will call me within a week in regards to a referral, but that also never happened. I decided to go see them again about six months later for a prescription refill and was told again that they would call me within a week about my referral. Not to my surprise, they failed again. I called them back to express my frustration and let them know not to bother going forward with my referral and that I would find a specialist myself, all the receptionist said was "okay... Okay bye." I do not recommend this clinic at all. Save yourself the stress and find a better clinic to go to!!!!

They gave me a referral to somewhere that does not accept my insurance. I have been calling and leaving a voicemail for 2 weeks straight. They have not contacted me at all and the front desk doesnt answer or refuses to talk to me. Probably one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been too. A few months ago they made me reschedule an appointment because the doctor was going to be out. They told me I HAD to use zoc doc. So I did and then they rescheduled again saying zoc doc was wrong. Finally got my appointment and was given a referral. It took over 2 weeks for me to get the referral TO SOMEWHERE THAT DOESNT EVEN ACCEPT MY INSURANCE. Now they are refusing to even address the situation. Do not go here. They dont care about patients, customer service, or even doing their job for that matter.

Awful, incompetent staff! I gave them my insurance information yesterday. They said I couldnt make an appointment without giving it to them. I arrived early to fill out my paperwork. They hadnt even called my insurance until I arrived. At 11:30, 30 minutes past my scheduled time, they were still on the phone with my insurance. They told me they had to change my primary care physician to the PA there. I was on my lunch break so I had to leave as they were still on hold. What a waste of my time because they cant do their job!!!! They better not dare charge my insurance, because if they do.. My next complaint will be with the medical board.

I have been present at this office about 5-6 times. They have always been courteous. Their expectation of the patient as well as the patients expectations are made clear. Ive never had a bad moment. I have seen 3 providers and they were straight forward and kind. The staff that checks me in always smiles and asks how Im doing. Im not sure why others are having an issue but as an RN, I will say that calm thoughtful communication works both ways in order to accomplish what is needed. - Kristina M. RN, BSN, CM

I have been going.to see Nickole Thompson for roughly a year now. She is the sweetest most enjoyable lady to interact with. I joked with her I wanted to make aptsjust to chart with her. She is one 9f the most compassionate ;health care prof. Ive had.contact with. The only.bummer is the referral dept. They drop the bar more often thAn they catch it but thankfully they are improving leaps and bounds. Hopfully the found the issue and worked it out. I will never leave as long as nickole stays! I never write bad reviews but after my experience with this place. I am definitely heated. I had a terrible cough that needed to be looked at. I booked an appointment using their online tool ZOC DOC system for 3/31/2016 at 4:15 p.m.. When I arrived the lights were off and the doors were closed. I knocked on the door and the girl in the front informed me that their office was closed at 2:00 p.m. That made absolutely no sense to me especially when I was confirmed 2x that my appointment had been schedule.

No issue with the doctor. However I requested a refill on a specific med and it was omitted on my prescription. No worries, called the office back and I left a message on 4/29/16 at 4:52 pm. It is now 5/5/16 and I never received a call back. Voicemail message says w/in 24 hours I should be receiving a call back. Gave them time due to the weekend. Left 2nd voice mail 1:55 pm 5/5/16 lets see if I get a call back in 24 hours.

Impossible to get on the phone. If you are on certain medications, including Adderall, they require a MONTHLY follow up visit. Getting refills of medications is generally incredibly difficult, requiring multiple stops at the office and the refill scrips are often not there at the promised time. I do not recommend them due to their office policies, procedures and general lack of customer care.

Went to Saturday walk in clinic, says it opens at 9. Arrive at 8:45 waiting for it to open. Call them at 9:15 as no one is here. Answering service says they should be open and will figure it out, takes my name and cell number. Waited until 9:45 and then went somewhere else. Why post hours you dont keep? Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

They never refill my prescriptions when Walgreens notifies them. I have to go in monthly just to renew a prescription. They never call you back when they say they will. It just costs me time and energy to deal with this clinic. I definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone!!

This clinic is amazing the girls there are super friendly, Ive only been here once and it was great. The provider was so nice and addressed every issue I had. You can tell that they really do care about the patients here, and I will definitely be coming back again !!

This clinic is awesome. Both of the medical assistants Kristina and Vanessa are amazing they are so helpful, every time I go in they always ask me how am I doing with a big smile. Ive never had any issues with this clinic they are always on top of everything.
