Dr. Boles is listed on internet websites as a prescriber of methadone. I made an appointment and was told It would be 3 weeks before I could see him. On the morning of my appointment I received a call from his office asking why I was coming in. I told them for pain and hopefully a prescription for methadone. I was told DR. Boles does not write methadone. That being the case they should remove his name as a methadone provider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable on a great deal. He always does his best to make sure he properly diagnoses and treats your medical condition. By far the best doctor I have ever had. Treats me like family, and I couldnt be happier in his care.

I have been using Dr Boles as a primary care physician for over a year now, he is a great doc!! The Nurses and front office staff are friendly and efficient. I am very glad I walked into this office when I moved to Arizona!!!
