Firstly, they called me at work five times, stating that my insurance was not active when it was. The girl at the front desk didnt take down my insurance ID correctly. They told me to call my insurance when all they had to do was ask/re-verify my ID again. I had to go through 4 people to get this resolved. Secondly, I saw a doctor (who I will not name) that wouldnt prescibe me my regular medications from my previous primary care doctor. I been on my medications for years but this Paseo doctor wants to refer me to his friends to rank up a bill. I told him to contact my original primary care and showed him my medications. He kept pushing all these protocols and procedures on me. This doctor also has terrible bedside manners. I came out of the medical room and told his nurse that I am not going to proceed with his recommendations/procedures. This doctor did not like my decision because he walked right in front of me, without saying a word and treated me like I was a ghost that didnt exist. He then walked into the other medical room, to assist his next patient, instead of being considerate and thanking me for my time and saying a simple good bye. Where is the respect?! I dont recommend this place....I never felt so bad leaving. I am a healtcare provider, myself, and was treated like trash.

Very immature staff. They are out to nickel and dime you. I get an RX for an OTC med because it is cheaper that way. I was told I needed to make an additional appointment for that. For an OTC med that I can buy at Walmart. Ha. The last time I was there they gave me a migraine RX and when I picked it up, there was only one (“1”) pill. Ha. Ha. I asked for more and they said I would need to come in for an appointment to make sure I was really having migraines. They seriously have no clue who their patients are. If they read any of the forms they have people fill out, they would know I have seen more neurosurgeons and neurologists in one month than they will in a lifetime. Not to mention, I am currently getting my PhD in Neuroscience. KNOW WHO YOU ARE TREATING. BASICS 101.

My first visit with Dr. Divine was good. He was very attentive, answered my questions and was thorough. Then I got the bill for a couple hundred dollars. I was charged for every single thing we talked about. This happened every time I went there for months. I asked a lady at the front desk for an itemized bill and asked her to explain it to me. She had no idea what half the charges were for. The last straw was when I needed a refill and my pharmacy tried calling 3 times and this office never got back to them. I was a week late for taking a medicine that I CANNOT miss. Then when I got the refill, the dosage was wrong. You would think a doctor would know how dangerous this is. Im never going back.

By far, the best family practice Ive ever worked with. Ive had three of their physicians as my primary care physician (the first one changed the structure of his practice, the second one moved out of state), and Ive been pleased with all of them. The staff is very welcoming, they have relatively short wait times, and they have a Sonora Quest satellite right in their building so you can have your labs drawn without having to go to Sonora Quest! (Note: Some of the phlebotomists wont draw your labs unless you just came out of the physicians appt). They also walk ins available, and if your physician isnt available, they have very qualified PAs and NPs (I saw the PA Bryan, and I was very impressed!)

Their practice is absolutely fantastic. I called and made an appointment just before they closed and was able to get in first thing the next morning, despite my wife being a new patient. I had trouble finding them in the office complex and ended up being fifteen minutes late. I thought for sure we would have to reschedule but where so accommodating and still honored our appointment. My wife met with Dr Shraddha Patel and received the best care we have ever experienced. She was very compationate and went through our list of concerns with great attention to detail. We felt as though she truly cared and left feeling that we where in good hands. I cant recommend this place enough.

I will never go back to this facility again. 13 days have passed since my visit with my blood results confirming Valley Fever STILL sitting on Tartaglias desk. The results were emailed to me as well as the office on a Friday. Because she was already out of the office on Friday afternoon, I was told that I would have to wait until Monday for her to call me back. No one else could help and I was told she would not call me back. It is now Tuesday, still waiting for a call. Valley Fever, people! No call, no prescription, no care what so ever! This is an office filled with Doctors??

Went here in such extreme pain I could not work, doc ordered test, then sent me back to work, In pain, with no relief, its sad, if this were a restaurant I would have walked out without paying. This guy Patel still gets paid while his patients suffer. Ill be thinking of him with every excruciating step I have to take today. Update: went to real doctor, they Gave me shots in the back, perscrptions, and told me to schedule am mri for my back. Im finally out of pain but I shouldnt have had to spend 200 going to the er, isnt that why we have a pcp In the first place?

I was previously a patient of Dr Honing and was rather nervous when he left the practice and was replaced by Dr Underhill. Fortunately for me, Dr Underhill was a very skilled replacement who seems genuinely concerned with my well being and that of my families. Dr Underhill is an energetic doctor that is a pleasant surprise in a profession full of mediocrity. My family will continue to use Dr Underhill even though we have now moved 50 miles away.

They are open Saturdays... The staff just rocks... Dr Vanessa Tartaglia is our D.O. physician and is a top drawer practitioner.. I highly recommend them. I have had all great experiences at Paseo! Dr Underhill and nurses are warm, detailed, and helpful. The phlebotomist Evelyn (not 100% sure the name is right) was quick and painless. Sheri Niccum and nurse were very sweet and got me in and out. And front office is always pleasant and greets me right away. My husband and I are very pleased we switched to this office!

We have visited this practice for over 10 years and I LOVE the care that we receive. We have seen different Doctors in the practice and have not had the issue that another reviewer wrote about. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes for my appointment, do not feel rushed and have always received prompt phone calls returned, usually the same day.
