I have been seeing this Dr for up to 5 months now for several reasons. My most cheif complaint is my anxiety. I do not recommed this facilty to anyone who is looking for a "Family Medicine Doctor" I have had many problems with them from the start. I can go on and on about the negligence or unprofessionalism of this office. Although the Dr is very "nice" he seems to be a bit judgemental, I understand that is his job, but when some one is TRULY seeking help, they want help. Not a run around. I recently had to complain about the new medication that I was put on as it was to relieve my anxiety. After calling the office and leaving call back information, the Dr actually returned my call and I explained to him my situation....(moment of silence) and he then stated that he didnt know what else to say to help me except to go to a Phsyciatrist, which I was completly open too. Although the coversation got brought up as to me going to a different physicain. This really got on my nerves because his sincerity of the situtation was light and uncaring. I am now suffering from deep depression, agitaion, confusion, ten times more anxiety that I had before, in which this medication was supposed to help???? Antidepressant may work for some but not others, and I feel the worse I have ever felt in my life. Also when i spoke with the Dr I wished him a good day thanked him but he did not care to resprond and hung up on me in the end. NO GOOD BYE NO NOTHING! I expected more from this physician due to refferals from other employees at my work place, but after speaking with coworkers they stated they no longer go to this facilty due to the same reasons. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS SHOULD HOLD THE UPMOST PROFESSIONALISM IN ANY CIRCUMSATANCE.

I was sent to the emergency room by doctor Vellani based on bad lab results. I was told to go immediately as there was high possibly for seizure. I did as I was instructed due to the information my doctor, the person I have entrusted with my health, provided. I spent 6hrs and $1300 to find out that the test results that Dr. V was basing her advise on were incorrect. The lab, LabCorp, had made a mistake. I was fine. Nothing wrong. I took the results from the emergency room to Dr. Vs office to show her and so she could see for herself that an error had been made. I was told she wanted to talk to me so I sat and waited an hour. She never came out but did call about 15 minutes after I left. She basically said it was fortunate that there was nothing wrong with me but that the trip to the ER was necessary. I do not agree, especially if she was aware that the lab results had any chance of being wrong. She should have asked me to come in to be re-seen and evaluate my condition at that time. It seems callus and uncaring to offer nothing but a lame excuse for her poor judgement. As a doctor she could have "doubled" checked the results and saved me the cost of the emergency room visit. Now Im out $650 of my Christmas money, (1/2 down of the $1300 and 3 months of payments to take care of the balance), money that would have been spent on my two sons, not to mention the time that was wasted by the ER staff dealing with my non-issue. I will be looking into every option to recoup my money. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company, as well as looking to civil action.

Worst experience I have ever had involving medical "professionals" I don’t even know where to start there have been so many issues. Every single time i have been there I have waiting 30 min to 1 hour to be called back although i am always on time. Once I even tried to scheduled my appointment first thing in the morning so I would be the first patient there so I would not have to wait. Nope, still a 30+ min wait to be called back and another 30+ min for the doctor to come see me. Doesn’t make any sense. The staff at the front desk are all unexperienced and immature seems like all the girls are still in high school. The doctor seems like he doesn’t know what is doing and doesn’t seem to know what he is talking about. Once I had to tell him what I think he should be prescribing me. I do not trust this facility with my healthcare at all. The last straw is when I scheduled an appointment and they call me 3 hours before telling me that the doctor has to leave early and wanted to know if I could come in now. I told them I could not because i was at work, and the rep proceeds to tell me... "So your cancelling then???” HA! This place is a joke. My advice is to run, find another doctor. Anything is better than this.

I do not recommend to visit this clinic. The nurse was trying to operate the blood pressure machine with her feet, but the worst is the fact that she wasnt able or she did not care about providing an accurate reading. My blood pressure result came out at 199 over 94 and she just wrote down the results...no problem! I should have been at the ER with that pressure! So I asked to re-check and it came out a little lower but still not correct because she wasnt positioning the sleeve in the correct manner as it shows on the machine. I took my pressure one hour later at Walgreen at it was normal. Now I understand the bad reviews they had. I usually do not like to get people in trouble, but this is a pretty serious issue, that can get people health at risk.

The only person I like there is the nurse practitioner. Shes really caring and thorough. Ill see her over the doctor. Shes the reason Im staying with them. The front office staff are fine. They have their good days and their okay days. I dont dig Dr. Sultan Mohammad. He forgot to send our prescriptions to our pharmacy. He wasnt thorough. Hes not very personable. Hes not mean or anything, its just that I want someone who truly cares. I havent met the other doctor. I also dont dig the assistant that takes you back. She asked my kids how tall they were instead of taking their height, and she forgot to take one of my kids temperature and oxygen level. Shes nice but I need her to do her job, you know?

This is the worst doctors office Ive ever recieved "care" from. They rarely return your calls, the staff does not communicate well or have a system in place to do so, they dont return voicemails, and the lines are always busy. Ive called 29 times in 3 days and I have gotten one person to pick up the phone. My pharmacy also has not recieved the script and its been 3 days. They pacify u on the phone then rarely take accurate notes to resolve the issues. There were also 2 women in my room during my pap smear and Ive never experienced that. It should be one trusted professional. It was mortifying. I will be changing primary care givers soon.

This place is the worst doctors visitations I have ever experienced, they referred me to a specialist that was equally the worst experience I had ever had. I visited multiple times and in every case I was extremely put out by the experience and what was prescribed. This most certainly made me desire to seek counsel else-ware which was in no way near as annoying and difficult. Due to the personal matter of this, I will not go into details about the actual visits which included anal medication for hemorrhoids.
