Horrible office management team. Shut their phones off earlier than closing hours. Nearly impossible for you to get your referral done on time without calling every day to make sure they do their job only to get to leave a message for a office manager that does not return any calls. Office staff is very uneducated when it comes to the new United healthcare system. Cathy the lead receptionist has a nasty attitude from out of this world and mean mugs very rudely give her the chance like I mistakenly did and she will call you a lier in front of other patients making a big scene when proving later that she was wrong the whole time there was no apology even given. Why am I still here Im sure your wondering?? The answer is because Doctor Chettri his nurses and Doctor Brown only in that office are wonderful people and do theyre absolute best given the circumstances and I will do my best to follow them wherever they practice even though everytime I walk in the front office that staff makes me feel like Im going to have a heart attack or stroke..:( Only Speaking With About Three And A Half Years Experience Dealing With Them

I would avoid this place at all costs. They will overcharge you, bill your insurance incorrectly, then refuse to fix the charges or submit amended claims. I had to pay $700 out of pocket for ROUTINE lab work that should have been included per my insurance benefits, but since it was billed incorrectly, I had to pay for everything. They require appointments for recurring conditions (such as yeast infection, UTI, etc) to get medication. That is utterly ridiculous. No other physician requires this. They just want money. They are greedy and dont care about their patients health at all. Youd honestly be much better off just going to Urgent Care and calling it a day. This place sucks. Their front office staff sucks. The doctor I see is a joke. For example she asked me if I was planning to have kids and I said "No, I dont really like kids." and her response? "hahaha oh youre so funny." Great. Im so glad my health and preferences are a joke to you. Unprofessional. Uncaring. Seriously, find a new doctor. Better yet, avoid HonorHealth all together. Horrible company, poor ethics. Go with Banner.

I will start by saying every experience ive had with the nurses here has been great but as far as the doctors go i experienced kristy lee and crystal and honestly all i can say is if youre looking for a doctor who just simply wont listen to what you have to say ,not actually try to help you in anyway other than telling you what you are doing is wrong,be rude and cold to you (and your children),have you come down for an appointment just to have you leave without giving you your test results you have been waiting for and generally no knowledge on what your conditions are and/ or the medications they just gave to you just past rushing you out the door to over charge you for a visit you left feeling like youd honestly rather find anyone else to be your family doctor rather than ever go back there again then youre in luck this place will be wonderful for you. Wonderful doctors office and staff for all medical needs, day or night, even on weekends. They make visit easy, quick and not stressful. Blood lab office right across hall. They even have an "urgent care"/walk-in clinic option available. Doctors and nurses are very thorough, patient and sensitive in their examinations and care of patients. Office staff are pleasant, professional and demonstrate a positive attitude and patience in any situation. I highly recommend this doctors office for all of your medical needs.

I am new to this clinic everything has been so wonderful. Everybody has been extremely nice since day one. But today i called and Karen the girl that answered had a nasty attitude!!!!! She was so rude and careless she acted like a total fool. Now for that i give this office 1 star. They shouldnt have this kind of people working especially if its a a doctors office. GO ELSEWHERE WITH YOUR NEGATIVITY!!!!!!

Receptionist team is very rude! They will make you stay on hold for 15-20 minutes just to transfer your call. After you have waited that long they will give you the crustiest attitude imaginable... The only reason i continue going to this office is because Dr.Jenson and her team of nurses are amazing people.. Get rid of those nasty receptionist!

Dr. Adriano is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very professional but at the same time shows she cares and really listens. Also the MAs and office staff are always so friendly and helpful. Couldnt ask for more in a PCP
