So frustrated with this office. The only staff that actually knows what theyre doing are the actual doctors, if you can even get in to see one. They pick and choose what they would like to do in this office and how they would like to help you. We were sent home because we were told the shots my daughter needed were not in stock. We were then told they wont be restocked so to go to another doctor. We were also told that they had no shot records for my child even though this is the only doctors office she has been to In the last 3 years. I was even told that it is not possible for them to look up shot records in the state database. Hmmmm.... but her school nurse can? Interesting. Find a doctors office with experienced staff that actually cares. If youre unsure of my review just take a look at how quickly the turnover is in this office!

No complaints here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hoang is very caring and is very thorough with each appointment. She is very clear when giving details and takes time to make sure you are well taken care of. Im glad I am seeing her as my PCP now because I really do feel taken care of and am comfortable at each visit.

Great experience. One the first doctors who will actually listen to your full concern before addressing them. The wait has never been ridiculously long. Dr. Hoang and her staff are always very friendly and upbeat.
