Dr. Francois is the most caring doctor, I have ever known. She always listens to what I have to say and treats me like a human and not a number or dollar sign. I dont mind waiting to see her, as she takes her time with all her patients. She (Dr. Bernadette Francois) is the absolute best and most caring doctor! I recommend her to any and all other people. Dr. Francois is one in a million!!

Excellent... I do not ha e any other words. Staff is so kind and helpful. It is and hour drive for my appointment but well worth it. Cynthia Aponte is awesome as well. Always going out of her way to make things happen. And Eva is a true delight she just has this charisma. But everyone is great.

TERRIBLE! You always have a wait of over an hour. No customer care. Even the staff BLAMES Dr. Francois for the waits, who could care less. One star is too much. No more, Im looking for a new physician.
