This place is horrible. Every time I make an appointment, I still have to wait an hour and a half before I see my actual doctor. I feel like this is ridiculous. I thought we made appointments so that we didnt have to wait forever. And then once I get to see my doctor (Dr. Cassandra Kimball), she rushes through my appointment and I feel like shes not actually trying or wanting to help me or listen to me. I should not feel rushed when I have been waiting an hour and a half to see her!! My last straw was when I made an appointment to receive the Nexplanon and they had me pay my co-payment and wait over an hour just to tell me that they are out and that I will have to make a new appointment. I did go back and get the Nexplanon because I did not want to do another consult appointment with another physician before receiving it. Then I went back once more to get itemized receipts for my last few visits for my insurance. NO ONE was able to help me. They asked me to come back tomorrow, which wouldnt be that bad except for the fact that I do not live close to the clinic. The staff is friendly enough, but not enough to keep my business. I will never go back to this clinic for treatment.

Time and time again I have gone to get a half wit diagnosis. Only to get a call later and the "test" they ran came back ok but in the office I was told otherwise and prescribed medication. Its a waste of time and money all the way around. Last visit I sat and waited over an hour and 15 minutes before I finally stepped in to the hall after heaving my guts up the whole time waiting and said is someone going to help. I got sent home with an antibiotic. No mention of the pain in my hips thats been going on for a year, nothing for nausea so I could try and keep fluid down and the cough, well I suppose that will just run its course too. What a joke of a place! Im sure I will get some fat bill in the mail for their lack of care! Its maddening to get treated this way, pay to go to another clinic to find out whats wrong and still have to pay the chump who acts like they know what their doing but continually messes up. My family and self deserve better and will not be back!

I went in for a prescription refill. Had to do blood test. A week later my dose was to high and needed to be lowered. It took me 3 weeks to get them to send the new prescription to a pharmacy or even to call me back. Now I go in 3 months later to have blood work to see if the lower dose is working. Good God they cant even do that after waiting an hour they tell me now I need to make an appointment. When I called the day before to see if I needed an appointment. So I try to get a appointment with the doctor. Oh he wont be there for 2 weeks. I guess I dont need thyroid medication. This place is running like the white house under Trump. Very poorly run. I left and am currently looking for a real clinic with real doctors. Wow Westside medical should just shut its doors or improve they way they handle patient care.

WestSide Medical failed to properly disclose that they no longer covered care for my spouse last year back in April when the dropped Federal BCBS insurance and did not notify us. No attempt was made to bill her 2nd or 3 party insurance providers as I do not have copays. Instead they made NO attempt to remedy billing and have sent this account to collections. Their customer service promised to take care of this error yet sent it straight to collections. I guess this is how they provide quality customer service for a retired military disabled veteran on a limited income with a 100% disabled spouse with a serious and chronic illness? Is their something wrong here? Be sure you verify your insurance as they failed to tell us and have done nothing to correct it! I would seriously find another provider!!

Worst service I have ever had. .. the positive is dr dixon really liked him and the xray tech was also great. I was a new patient due to insurance change. 1st thing waited over 1 hour in waiting room to be called back. I expect to have some wait time but 1 hour was way to long. Next needed mri it took them a week to schedule one and I did not need authorization from insurance. Now been waiting a week for results I have called and told them Im in pain and she said well it takes a week to hear from them. So I called the mri place today and was told they sent it on the 16th its now the 22nd and no call from them. . I have called and left message but no call back still. Dr dixon is great but the place is so unorganized and unfriendly..

There are many patients at the clinic, so dont ever expect to be seen at your appointment time. A few staff are friendly. There are multiple doctors, and so we tried a few of them and its always a rush getting us out quick. They got their copay and the insurance will be bill, so what the heck. Dr. Taylor said that one of my husbands hypertension and heart prescription isnt needed, so he wouldnt prescribe it to him. My hubby thinks its fine because the doctor say so for the past 2 years. Then we changed doctor and to Tanner Clinic, that doctor says how come my husband isnt taking lisinopril. My hubby was taking lisinopril for 5 years until he met Dr. Taylor. Im glad the new doctor knows what hes talking about.

Horrible. Its sad, their "customer service" has really declined. Ever since they outsourced their billing, they havent been able to bill us correctly for treatment. They cant seem to get my information correct, keep sending the wrong info to my insurance (which obviously gets denied)...(this happened 4 separate occasions)... I will never be bringing my family back to this facility again. ... If I need medical care, I need to be able to trust my physicians, and their staff. If they cant seem to get my basic info correct for billing, what other things are they getting incorrect???

Had to take our child to this clinic , we were told she had strep , we went and picked up our prescription trusting it was accurate , our daughter actually got worse over the next couple days , took her to our doctor and found out she had been prescribed to wrong dosage , after taking the proper amount she started feeling better writhin hours,we called and informed the clinic , a few days later the doctor called trying to defend theirself in an unprofessional manner, obviously we will not be returning to this location .

I love this new clinic! They have the best staff there. If never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see a doctor. The nurses are all very friendly, as well as the doctors. I have seen three different doctors there, each one listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly. My only complaint is when you need to leave a voice mail, say for a prescription refill, it seems like it takes 4-5 days to get a response.
