Dr John Monroe has a total lack of compassion. As long as you agree with what he says then you will be fine. He never took the time to get to know our situation or listen to our concerns. In five minutes he seemed to think he had complete knowledge and could begin recommending things to us. He made a horrible remark to my mom and when I told him I didnt appreciate it, he walked out. Trust is earned not given just because you have a medical degree. Listening is a key ingredient to earning someones trust. I will never take my mom back to this place, I will never go back to this place. I have had several incidents where we were treated rudely by the staff. Every visit I have waited for over 45 minutes to see a doctor when I had a scheduled appointment.

Its hard finding a Doctor thats caring and understanding of your concerns/Health. Considering I had just moved to AZ I was worried I wouldnt find a good one, but this place is Awesome. I Would recommend them to anyone. The people there are very professional. Jeremy Ficken and Julie Browne Genuinely listen and take there time to Make sure you get the best care during your visit. I didnt even have to wait long to be seen. Jeremy even took his time to review my records before arriving to my appointment, which is a plus and should tell you something about this place. Place is also clean which is something I also look at in a Doctors Office.

I have had nothing but problems with this office. They dont do proper testing for a real diagnosis, they just tell you that youre crazy, they dont respond to prescription companies that supply the medication, and they are overall very unprofessional. I was trying to stay with them since they are closer to home but I cant risk my health anymore. I DO NOT recommend his office to ANYONE who cares about their health.

Very humble experience, the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and explain things very well. I have seen to different doctors so far at this location, I usually have a preference and I like seeing the same doctor however, I tried another doctor in the office which was a female and I really enjoyed her knowledge and support. I recommend this office highly.

After losing my long time Doctor when he retired I was worried about finding another doctor that I felt like a I mattered. I love this practice. They are courteous and take the time to listen to you. My only complaint is the wait time. I can usually expect to wait beyond my appointment time.

Dr. Martin is nice; however, she gave me a misdiagnosis. I told her that I did not have the symptoms, yet she insisted and referred me to a quack. I got a second opinion and the meds I was taking were causing my pain. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS!!!!!!
