As far as Dr Monroe, we love him but his office sucks. We stopped going there about a year ago. My husband went in with kidney issues he is diabetic. They did blood work and urinalysis. Never heard back/called they stated no response meant nothing found. When husband went back 2 months later and saw PA & was informed he had had a kidney infection. PA was surprised no one had told my husband. PA gave antibiotics. A few days later office called wanting him to come in again and do more test. Duh. Yesterday I went back thought I would give them another try. I had a heart attack in March. Heart doctor said I needed to stay active with a PCP. I needed script as I am not handling the anxiety for my heart issues. Saw NP. She stated she would call in two scripts for my anxiety, I also needed a script for chronic neck pain as I can not longer take what I have been on due to my heart, she stated she would call in to compounding pharmacy something. New pharmacy not contracted with my insurance. Just found out can not afford med. I also needed an antibiotic ointment for chronic sinus infection where nasal bone has been eaten away. None of which occurred nothing called. Nothing to compounding and when compounding pharmacy called md office nothing was in my file for meds even being needed. Anxiety script(notice I said script) was called to a pharmacy I have not used in 5 years. Even though I filled out new paperwork at the office to make sure they had all correct information. The ointment was not called in nor was the second anxiety med. They took a blood test to see if I am in Heart Failure. I called at 2:20PM next day to see if they had the results and was told yes and I would hear from them sometime (no time or date). Lord only knows when that will happen. What do you do? You need scripts for illnesses, you pay an arm and leg for insurance and this is what you get. Scary!!!!!!

My wife and I are new to the area and did not have Drs established. We walked into Dr. Monroes office deathly ill from the flu. He had Dr. Martin move me to the head of the line (I was gasping for breath) and while she was taking care of me he took care of my wife. They were both sympathetic, caring and got us treatment immediately. After breathing treatments, multiple shots and prescriptions to pick up, we headed home. Next day we get a call checking on us. What healthcare providers DO THIS NOW! We are both so impressed with Dr. Monroe and Dr. Martin and the STAFF was great. We also learned that this facility is his business not some corporate owned health staff. We need to support providers like these!!

I use to use this office because they were the only ones who seemed to really care. Its been 18months since Ive been back and now 30 min after my appointment was supposed to be Im still sitting here and even told them a few times I need to leave and this is a very important visit I cant miss. The new front office staff is horrible. They are being rude and snotty. I asked to pay my copay and she got upset and 20 min after I was supposed to be seen I asked to make sure I scheduled the right time and when she told me 11 I asked what was going on because I needed to leave soon and she looked at me and said "okay" and started to eat her chips. Not sure about the back office staff as I havent been seen yet.

I saw Dr. Jeremy Ficken today for the first time. Ive had a bad experience with doctors in the past over medicating me and throwing prescriptions my way. Not Jeremy. He took the time to explain my conditions and the proper medication used for it. He made sure he wasnt giving me more than I needed and really took into consideration my fears of certain ones. Just started me on a new regimen today and excited that my first dosing didnt cause me to be a zombie, but rather decent. Discussed future plans with me and Im elated over my new health plans. Definite recommendation. Thanks Jeremy!

I love the care staff, especially Dr. Monroe. Im a retired paramedic (18 yrs.) I understand stress and business. But with the office staff the customer sure does not come first. Many times have called to request a refill, it took weeks. I have been referred to specialists and call to make an appointment and they do not know anything about who I am. But the office staff always says we did fax over the paperwork. I have come to realize it is the office staff and not the referring office.

Called as a new patient the assistant that answered the phone act as if she did not want to be at work. I asked if they accepted my insurance plan (Aetna) and she told me to call my insurance and ask them. I then asked her did she not know if they took Aetna just to clarify and again she directed me to my insurance plan. If Im a new customer(patient) why would I have to call my insurance? Guess Ill take my services elseswhere especially if thats how its already starting off

I love Dr. Monroe, been going to him for the past 6 years, but the time has come were i have to move on. The office staff can very rude at time over the phone, incompetent at times, and are horrible at call backs, not to mention it takes weeks at a time to get in for something simple. No point in having a cold and needing meds if you have to wait 2 weeks to get in.

needed a refill, walked into the office at 8;30 AM. receptionist took my info, sad ms Patterson would b notified and thy will call whe the pharmacy was notified. they all go home at noon on Friday, phones off for the weekend . No refill. no one to talk to. Time to find a professional medical staff.
