Weve been in a few times on the weekend when our regular office is closed or when they have no appointments. All of the nurses are very sweet and do great with my daughter. The doctors can be kind of hit and miss. Our most recent visit, I thought my daughter might have strep throat so we went in, just to be safe as I have an infant at home. Our rapid test came back negative, but when the doctor came in, he was seriously in the room for MAYBE 5 minutes to examine both me and my daughter. He looked in her throat for a split second and said it looked good (despite being red and having a lesion on her uvula), felt her lymph nodes (which were swollen), and listened to each lung. All the same for me. He gave no recommendations on care and didnt talk to me about it at all, he just said that "its a virus" and walked out. That was yesterday and my daughter now has more lesions and is screaming every time she swallows, even with ibuprofen and Tylenol on board. I called to see if our culture turned up anything or when we would find out, and I guess they dont do a culture usually, only a rapid test. So I paid $100 in copays and God knows how much the rest of the bill will be for 5 minutes of doctor time and a rapid strep rest with no culture, plus Ill have to call her regular provider tomorrow to pay another copay and bill to get another test done. Not super happy about that. Oh and I took my daughter to go to the bathroom and there was a toilet hat with some urine in it sitting on the FLOOR. That was nasty. The rest of our experiences have been okay, if not great in some cases, aside from the occasional very long wait (which we expect) and sometimes the rooms arent super clean.

I had to come here on Easter Sunday and Dr. McFadden was exceptional. My entire family told me I should go to the ER and not the instacare because they thought my appendix had burst. I had a feeling it was something else and decided the smaller co - pay to see of I could avoid and Giant out of pocket ER visit was worth it. Dr. McFadden was VERY knowledgeable and had wonderful bedside Manor. He knew my appendix was fine and it was other intestinal issues but something I could wait to see my DR for on monday. THANK YOU Dr. McFadden for saving me thousands of dollars.

Dr. Ferguson at this location is wonderful. My husband had serious symptoms for days and had already been shrugged off in the emergency room once by the time we went to the Instacare. Dr. Ferguson took his symptoms seriously and immediately ran the appropriate tests. My husband ended up staying in the hospital for multiple days and is now receiving IV treatment and home health care due to the seriousness of his diagnosis. Dr. Ferguson is exactly the type of doctor that is needed in an emergency/urgent care setting. Thank you Dr. Ferguson!

I brought my boys in because they were very sick , I was waiting to be seen and me and another lady heard the lady doctor say , Im not going to see all thos kids . Im like wow way to make you feel bad , then she countinus to say i am not going to deal with them ect . But I stayed anyway and had her see my kids she couldnt refuse service to us for no good reason . She just didnt want to check out my three little boys who were really sick . That doctor was very rude and the wait was so long .

The staff was extremely friendly, but the care took quite a bit longer than it should have. The doctor gave me stitches near my eye, but messed up on one. He put the needle in on the top side of the wound, and went out on the same side instead of the opposite side of the would so it didnt close. I went to have them taken out somewhere else. It didnt close, so I have to keep steri-strips on it for another week. Also, apparently a much larger thread was used than what was necessary.

Saw the previous review. This is not a regular doctor, and they recommend going to a family practice clinic. They are limited what they can do in this clinic. It is to get you by. However, I really love this clinic. I had to go there for an emergency before a trip. They provided me with what they could and I was able to get by. I was not able to get into a docotr that day before my trip.

Went here because my friend said she has bee in and out super fast. Waited in waiting room for over an hour, then in the exam room for 30 min for the doc to be in there for 5 minutes. Then she was getting me a pamphlet which took another 20 min. They were sending an rx to my pharmacy and had to call next day to get it sent bc it was never sent

They bill you for just a partial amount when you go in and then bill you again after your visit. You get better care just going to a doctor and they will finish treatment. Instacare will not finish treatment and will not help with more care.

All of the office staff were friendly and I was seen within 15 minutes of signing in. Dr. Haggard was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend this office!

Seriously took 45 mins just to get checked in and another hour for doctor, if I am not seen shortly am leaving very slow not worth my time
