Susan is a really nice personable NP. Always efficient. I had to give a urine sample today, and the restroom was disgusting in the Avondale office!!! I dont even know when the last time it may have been cleaned. It appeared as if there was urine on the floor in front of the toilet, so may dark spots, and you could tell that people had stepped in it. Even tho there is seat covers in there, i was hesitant to even sit. So gross for a patient to have to use it. Very unsanitary! The next time I have to give a urine sample Im going to refuse if the restroom has not been cleaned!

Dr. page is nothing but a scister! He was willing to give me any meds I wanted as ling as I took his shoots! If not he told me he couldnt treat me, a told me to go to another doctor. he only wants to give shoots and NOT correct the pain! Research him and youll find a lot of bad reviews!
