Most ridiculously incompetent office I have ever interacted with. They dont answer their phone during business hours and have a message saying to call back during normal business hours. I tried calling on a Tues, Wed, and a Fri. at noon, 2 and 9 am and they didnt pick up or return my messages. Their hours arent posted online so there is no reliable way to get a hold of them. It is extremely frustrating to listen to the recording tell you to call back during normal business hours when you are doing so. After a week and a half I finally got a hold of someone and they told me theyd talk to the dr. and promised multiple times to call me back that same day to set up an appointment. They never called back. Its been a week and I cant get a hold of them yet again.

If I could give the Drs and medical assistants 5 stars I would, its the front office that is absolutely horrible, a nightmare, I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Ive been going to Dr. Smith for years, hes a wonderful person, but all came to end due to the 2 front office imbeciles. The receptionist, Alicia, is probably the worst one there, next to the account person Cindy. I have never met a more unprofessional, rude, unethical, or down right fake personnel in any of my years. And I would know, Im a nurse at a major hospital. Dr. Holt, a word to the wise, get rid of those two sickening idiots before you lose other patients!!

I called this office asking for an appointment. They said they would call me back and let me know. A week later they finally called and said that they arent taking patients. Kind of rude and inconsiderate in my book seeing as how we had to wait a week for them to make up their minds. Weird!

Dr. Smith has always been awesome! Ive enjoyed going there! Its his receptionist that is terrible. She is rude and so unprofessional. Has quit the attitude as well! I would recommend getting someone who is a little more friendly and more welcoming for your family practice!

Ive been seeing this doctor for over 9 years. I have always felt as though all of the nurses and doctors actually care and are very well educated. They are kept very busy which can make it hard to get an appointment, but also shows just how many families love this office.

They have been my family doctor for more than twenty years. Dr. Holt and Dr. Smith are the best: professional, compassionate, and very competent. It is getting more difficult to get in to see them because of the large number of others who also respect them.

Patient @ Holts Office for more than 25 years and the Doctors and Staff are excellent. Great service to me, other patient as I sit in waiting room, always king and helpful to everyone..!
