I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Ive had the WORST experience here. I seen Clarence Vastine recently and he is just as rude as can be! So condescending and worst of all he doesnt LISTEN!!! I have had chronic back pain for years from a car accident and I explained this to him and he heard nothing of that and submitted my referrals with different information that was completely irrelevant! Needless to say my referrals were AALLLLL denied because of this, saying it was all not medically necessary! Im always in pain and have tried EVERYTHING to stop it and nothing works! I am switching doctors immediately! Vastine was so rude and rushed me out of there like the building was on fire... did not check me just looked at his screen. If I wasnt in so much pain I wouldnt even bother with a doctor.

I see the FNP Jason, when I have an appointment It takes to long to get an appointment with Megan Blackburn (the doctor there). The FNP is way more friendly and takes his time with his patients. I agree with the other poster about their lack of notifying you of important matters and reminders. You rarely get a real person call you back, its mostly a recorded message that you have to retrieve. It can take 24 to 48 hours for a call back with recorded message that is always from the nurses assistant. You never get a direct call from the doctor or nurse practitioner. If you are due for a womans wellness check, it is up to you to remember. They do not send reminders.

It has not been a good experience for me. I do like the nurse practitioner in the office but they lack in notifying you on important matters and they will leave messages that are not what your results really are. I have tried for three months to set up a patient portal with them and it still hasnt happened even though I try to do it myself. This whole experience has not been good and I need someone professional that makes my health a priority. It took me three months to be referred to a urologist for kidney stones. Im changing doctors.

I have had nothing but awesome results. Jason Vastine listens and helps figure out the problem. The staff is very friendly and never has been rude to my husband and myself.
