While I love Dr.Tran I am LESS than pleased with Dr. bohran. Shes rude, incompetent, selfish and a tyrant. My sister was induced at west valley and Dr. bohran was her OB at the last minute. Dr. b didnt bother to stop by and introduce herself and said several times to the nurse over the phone from the comfort of her own home, that if my sister did not agree with how she was doing things then my sister could just go home. I was under the impression that a woman giving birth, ESPECIALLY to their first child, was supposed to have a special experience. Dr. Bohran has thus far done everything possible to make this a long drawn out process for her own convenience. She simply didnt want to have to come in tonight to deliver a baby. The comment was made that even though the induction gels were more effective, they were too expensive for someone on "state assistance." I asked another doctor and she said the gels were covered. Despite the fact wed been here 6 hours with NO labor progression. She is ALSO extremely RUDE to the nursing staff. Dont be an OB if youre a selfish control freak. Find a new job lady This labor ended in an emergency c section. My sister almost died and so did my niece. Both had high fevers and ended up with infections from being in labor for so long. After my sister had an emergency c section she was sent home not even 48 hours later. She returned 2 days later with a high fever and redness around her incision. She had a uteran infection. Dr. Bohrans husband placed a drain in but missed a pocket of infection. Dr. Tran had to clear out her uterus. it would appear that a year later shes still making poor decisions that are not in the best interests of her patients.

Im currently going into the Avondale office and the staff has to be some of the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. They are amazing! Dr. Mann is my primary OB and he has been great so far. This is our first pregnancy and he has been patient and caring and has been able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Dr. Tran, whom weve only had the pleasure of seeing once, is also great. Makes you feel comfortable and like youre being taken care of. Dr. Borhan, while friendly at first, is just not my type of person to be around. She seems to just want to get through the visit as soon as possible and just kind of rushes through everything. While the other doctors take their time to answer my questions and let me know that everything is okay, she just seems to want to push me out the door to get to the next patient. I sencerely hope shes not on call when I deliver.

The woman doctor was the worst I ever had. She at first looked at me like I was a young child even though I was in my 20s but kept forgetting I was not a teenager. She was pushy and not sincere or comforting at all. During my labor she made me cry and wish that I changed doctors! while back. She seriously in front of my entire friends and family told me if I dont get the epidural then I can go home and finish my own labor! Im having contractions and in the hospital bed and she threatened me by saying I can go home and do my own labor? This was my first pregnancy and she was the most heartless woman I ever met! Unless your an older woman having a child then this will be the place for you. If you do go there, ask for the nurse Susan because she was the only nice person there.

Dr. Stephens is a sad excuse for a doctor. my wife and i saw her once through out the whole 37 weeks of her pregnancy. we never could get a hold of her only her on call nurse. we lost our baby about 3 weeks from the due date. when Dr. Stephens diagnosed that there was no heartbeat she instructed us to go home and wait for her call the next morning. we never got one so we had to call around 3 and could only get a hold of brandi and she had no idea what had happened and was still asking us how the baby was doing. from here it induction was pushed back nearly 4 days with a dead baby in her still. we went to Scottsdale shae and were treat great. long story short adelante healthcare is unorganized, uneducated and for from compassionate. please go to a different ob!!!!!!!

If there were negative stars, thats what I would give. Waited 3 days for a pregnancy test result? Oh come on! The doctor told me they have a lab in the clinic and would call me by the end of the day. Its now the end of the week and of course theres no desk number just an 800 number who keeps telling me "well have Dr Tran call you this afternoon." 3 days later. Finally the call center said Dr Tran hadnt been in the office all week, so I ask if theres another doctor and the response was "well they have patients to see." So what am I? A pet? I had to demand to speak with somebody else to get my results. And I asked that practioner if Dr Tran was there and she said he was there earlier, so the call center lady blatantly lied!! Disgusted and WILL NOT RETURN!!

Dr Tran was amazing he was the only dr that would allow me to try for a vbac. I ended up having another csection becuse I dont dilate enough. I was also told by other drs. that my csection scar was too low and that I needed to get cut open on a separate location. I wasnt happy to hear that at all. However, dr Tran said my scar was fine and followed the last incision and it still looks like just one scar. He was amazing. I previously had an appointment with dr borhand and was very very disappointed with her services. Susan has seen me from time to time and is a wonderful lady. Dr Tran is my favorite physician hands-down. And Ill continue to see him with my future children. I highly recommend him.

I absolutely love this location! My very first appointment was with Dr. Borhan. She seemed very nice and didnt rush through anything as some other reviewers have mentioned. She ended up going on maternity leave before my second visit so I started seeing Susan. Shes so sweet and soft spoken. I had a few appointments with her and ended up having to start seeing Dr. Tran. Hes amazing! Hes extremely nice and seems to really care about his patients. I never leave the office with any questions as hes very informative. The wait is a little long, but its tolerable. Pretty much everyone that Ive come into contact with that works here are very welcoming.

I love Adelante Healthcare. I have yet to find one office with a rude person in it. Ive been to 3 Adelante locations now & the staff is always exceptional. I love Dr. Borhan and Nurse Swenson at this office. They have both been awesome throughout this pregnancy. The lady who professionally does the ultrasounds is also great, but i cant remember her name. Dr. Tran is cool, however i have only had one visit with him. The offices are always clean looking and tidy. They do their job well. I highly recommend Adelante.
